Flippin' Pizza, Murrieta CA

Not my first bad experience with order delays, but this was the most frustrating. Order pickup time for 2 items was 5: 42pm. Arrived at 5: 45 and the pepperoni rolls were done, but they hadn’t started the pizza yet. Was told it would be 10 minutes…3 different times. At 6: 21pm, I finally asked for a refund because the pizza was not ready and the rolls had been sitting out for 40 minutes. They refunded the wrong order, which I pointed out and then they voided mine. No apologies, no empathy on the errors or on the mismanaged prep time. Again, not the first time they’ve been late with orders, but this was just too much. This has happened at least 3-4 other times with this shop. Mediocre expensive pizza isn’t worth it, I’d recommend finding a different local pizza shop.

It's been a few years since I was here. I tried the buffalo chicken pizza, and it was not very good. The pepperoni was great, though.

Don’t ever have you pizza delivered. It took almost 2.5 hours and I live 8 miles away. Just pick it up.

I've had every pizza from every place in all of Temecula and Murrieta and finally found it, the best pizza out here, not even close

I enjoy Flippin' Pizza. The staff is friendly and nice. The pizza is delicious. I love the thin crust. I have dined in once and ordered for take out a few times. Every time I order food from here, they have been nice and the prices are reasonable. I recommend this place.

The pizza here is delicious. I had a slight blemish on my order and they fixed it with no problem. Great customer service. I definitely recommend this place.

Only have thin pizza. Not impressive. Served on a metal tray covered with butcher paper. The only employee, maybe the owner, seemed sullen. Wearing a dirty, and unappetizing, smock. Won't go again.

Here I am feeling sorry for this place because only one person showed up to work today. Come to find out, my order was placed for the wrong day. The one worker said no worries, I found it printed out my order and reread our order to confirm. It'll be ready in an about an hour. Went to pick up the order. He said I don't have your order, I couldn't print out the ticket. But you saw my order. Yes, but you made for tomorrow, you have to cancel it. You couldn't have called me? So frustrating.

Very kind and personable people running the place. Food is great! Love how they have items available for people with food allergies.

Have been wanting to try their pizza and finally stopped in today for a couple of slices. The pizza was delicious. Thin crisp crust with just the right amount of sauce and topped with mozzarella and pepperoni. We have found our new pizza place. Can’t wait to try many more pizzas and other menu items.

Pizza is inconsistent as is pre-order service. Pizza can be good or just so so. Manager or company needs to have at least 2 workers at all peak times.

Never had a pizza this bad. Ever. And the cookies? Cmon. Unfortunately I didn’t take pictures of the entire disaster. Order was over $100.

Slices were like cardboard. I will try a fresh baked next time. The place needs to be spruced up!

Let me start out with stating that the guest service is top notch! The employees are friendly, and ready to assist, whether it be to place your order, or pickup. I ordered a pepperoni/sausage pizza, garlic knots, and barbecue wings. My food was cooked to perfection, and the taste was absolutely phenomenal! My mom was so impressed with the garlic knots, that the following day on her way home she picked up another order. We'll definitely be going back again in the near future! My only negative was the parking, it's a bit of an awkward situation.but once you find a spot, you won't be disappointed. But don't take my word for it! Find out for yourself, and try it today!

As soon as you walk through the door, the smell hits you, like something died in there and has been fermenting for months, place is dirty and the tables and chairs are sticky with what seems like dried up sauce
Employees attitude is so bad but I understand how they feel, I would be un happy too if I worked at a place that smells like that
Picked up my pizza and had food poisoning but that’s my fault I shouldn’t have ate it after what I saw and smelled
