This is the worst transportation company on earth. They cancelled the trip 20 min before my trip. So unprofessional! This is the 2nd time too! I can’t believe this! It was such a waste of a trip.

Enjoy taking the Flixbus from Downtown, but sometimes it's a different type of bus via Greyhound or Marriott. Usually indicated in the app, but sometimes not. Rarely late to arrive, but factor in traffic, etc for departuring.

Do not buy tickets now at the Greyhound Union Station machines, because they are failing. Now I bought a ticket with Flixbus for today, then they give me a printed ticket for the next day? Then to change the travel date, they do not speak Spanish at the Greyhound office. Before, if I had an employee who spoke Spanish, she gave me a Flixbus phone number to make a change, but they didn't answer, I made the query on the website to change the date, but only Flixbus gave me a $24 voucher number, but to me My ticket cost me $28. Then now the ticket to that city is $32, that is, I lost $12 by buying a ticket at the Greyhound Union ticket machines. Always only buy on their website

Worst company and I will never book with them ever again. Bus was over 4 hours late and I had to find alternative arrangements so I wouldn't miss my connection. They refused to refund, saying that their "policy" is either a credit or just take the next bus. What a joke. This would be illegal in some countries. They take your money and don't deliver on their service. Seriously do not use them, don't say I didn't warn you.

You look at your ticket carefully because leaving the place or even arriving is at the flix bus location but near it instead

Great for flix bus, they've created an app that takes your money for a service, but when the service fails, all you can do is complain to the app. They completely eliminated all person customer service. I purchased 2 tickets from Los Angeles to Las Vegas, after the second delayed I decided to cancel my trip. From the time I decided not to travel anymore to the time the chat person replied back I could not get a refund cause the delayed was only an hour and 40 minutes and 2 hours to qualify for a refund. Since the bus departed while I was getting and information and waiting for the chat to reply he said since the bus left you no longer can make any changes. In other I lost $140
cause I waisted time looking for a customer service operator to talk to. I feel so frustrated how they can just take my money. I will never deal with this company again. Southwest Airlines rewards me when ever there's a delay.

It has been a complete scam to book a FlixBus in Los Angeles. David, the manager, is a person who does not offer any solution and laughs at you behind your back, when the company has had a serious problem with the bus times (they canceled the bus twice) and then his boss is a sexist who told a client “I'm not going to talk to you but to your husband. ” I hope you never have to come here for anything. A shame of service.

It's nice to be able to move around at a reasonable price.
The chair is not comfortable.
We also stop by a rest area along the way.
However, the bus departure time seems to be somewhat arbitrary.
Still, a good ride!

I‘ve taken the Flix bus a ton, and 95% of the time, the trip is delayed. It’s usually a 1-3 hour delay. Can’t remember one time when the wifi on board actually worked. Have had some sketchy drivers that made me feel very uncomfortable. Bummer because it could be a convenient option.

Flixbus or the city needs to build a proper bus terminal with enough seats and working bathrooms for its passengers! It is not safe to wait outside due to the homeless wandering around. My scheduled bus was over an hour late.

I had the most horrible experience with this bus company. My trip A, the bus broke down not long after it depated then we were told a replacement bus would come in 4 hours, i had to take bus for cathcing up my next trip. And today on my trip B, the bus left earlier 20 minutes than schedule.i called customer service for refund and they said for trip A they did send a replacement, so no refund can be done. For trip B, they sent email to my wife last night as she made the reservation for me, however, who would check emails at night? I asked for manager and was told they do not have manager, whoever received the complaint is the highest power. This is an unbelievable explanantion. I believe they are not trying to provide service but to steal your money. IF i could rate them minus 5 star, i would cuz they derserve every bad comment!

Poor bus service to Las Vegas. Bus got delayed by 4 hours. The mobile phone charging does not work. Wifi comes and goes. Just fly to Vegas otherwise you will waste whole day on bus with LA traffic

Driver was nice! The bus was clean but cold so make sure to have sweater and a blanket. Nevertheless, it was a smooth ride. We had a few rest stops which was helpful so I didn't use the bathroom on the bus.

This is nice, convenient, not too bad of a price, & pretty fast. Plus customer service on phone is pretty helpful and courteous as well as the drivers in my couple experiences have been very very helpful, informative, considerate for the most part. And I do not know her name unfortunately BUT she is a lighter skinned lady she seems like she has been seasoned in driving these buses and she does the over night shift between Vegas and Los Angeles.well she is top tier! She is a life saver and she is sweet, courteous, considerate, informative, very helpful, and good at what she does! I give her 10 stars and I suggest her to get a raise!

Me and my friend bought reserved seats and we chose them strategically for medical reasons. When we entered someone was sitting on our seats, so we politely asked him to sit somewhere else but he refused and told us someone was sitting on his seat and that it's not his problem. We told the bus driver that we payed the extra amount to have reserved seats but he said he didn't care where anyone sits. After that some lady began telling us to just sit somewhere else because no one was sitting on their seats. Only two rolls were empty, we gave up and sat at one of them. 5 minutes into the ride we got really cold and wanted to turn the ac off only to find out the two empty rows didn't have AC regulations but instead had a gap where cold air blew straight in our faces the whole 5 hours from Vegas to LA. I wouldn't recommend reserving seats.

Got picked up at LA union station (801 vignes st) traveling to San Diego. The bus is not an actual flixbus the bus is old outdated and right when i got on the bus I noticed that the bus had a very foul odor it smells like a portable potty disgusting SHAME ON YOU FLIXBUS
