Flixbus, Montclair CA

Huge buses, not much room tho, and the outlets didn't work, both trips to and from our destination.pluses: the ride was comfortable, good driving, and we arrived ahead of schedule.i'll probably travel by it again because it's better than Greyhound.

I haven't taken FlixBus since they wouldn't give me any of my money back for a New Year's Eve trip to Palm Springs that I couldn't take because I might have been exposed to COVID-19 and I didn't want to take any chances with my health or put others at risk. After I was told that I could get a refund I was told I could only get a voucher for another trip. I couldn't understand why I couldn't get my money back since I had not used any portion of a round-trip ticket with a valid reason for not going. When I finally agreed to take the voucher, I was told I couldn't have that either because I did not cancel the trip 15 minutes prior to departure. I had only canceled 12 minutes before departure and was not amused when the customer service representative stood firm when she decidedly told me that there was nothing she could do. I tried calling back and getting another representative because surely, the last one had been mistaken about her capabilities as a front line employee. I got the same story. It seemed to me at the time that FlixBus, like so many other establishments only cared about their bottom line and not the health safety and welfare of their customers during the pandemic. They were consistent and firm. So, I refused to pay for another trip or use FlixBus for any of my travel needs until yesterday when a friend bought me a ticket to come out to Desert Hot Springs for a visit. At first I wanted to decline on principle if I had to travel by FlixBus, but later acquiesced. The bus ride was smooth, the seats were comfy, and the bus driver was skilled and professional. Almost made me forget why I was upset with FlixBus in the first place. That said, FlixBus should take a look at their refund or ticket replacement policies if they haven't already done so to ensure that they follow public health protocol by not placing profit before the health and safety of its passengers. Additionally they should give front line employees the ability to make decisions on behalf of the company that increases customer retention, empowers its employees to do what's right and adds to overall value. Otherwise, FlixBus is a great way to travel.cheap.

Customer service is a mess! Totally disrespectful and gross. Unfortunately I had this experience 2 times.

$30 one-way to LA, and it stops at Barstow Station (a cool little rest stop/ mini mall) halfway. You can't beat the price, especially with gas. Take the Flix, and Uber/Lyft everywhere when you get there. With gas as expensive as it is righr now, I bet you still spend less than if you drove there!

It was clean, comfortable ride, good driver, communications was clear about the safety of the ride was no problem they do leave on time.

Comfortable ride but the trays could have been cleaner. The driver was very pleasant and courteous.

Very bad I do not like it I do not approve of it and then I give you your money back then I accommodate you for nothing and it's their mistake this is very full of s***

First and last time. Standing here for 1 hour past arrival and still no bus or means of tracking. I call customer service and their response is they don’t know and will have to reach out to the driver, so they can reach back out to me for a delay notification. I ask for a refund and to cancel my ticket, they refuse and say they can only do so if the bus is 2 hours late, what a joke.

From start to finish I liked the way they handled things for us. I will go through them from now on. Good looking out Flix Bus. Im recommending your service to all.

Very disappointed I. The driving I saw in bus 2002 on 11/06/21 southbound 15 near Wrightwood. Ca.

Unsafe, erratic lane changes. Unsafe speed and breaking. Almost hit a semi truck before I called their customer support. I admit, I was worried about being on the same road as that person.

I hope they do something about this as your Life may depend on it.

Chose this company if you absolutely have to be there overnight, but not nessisarily in one piece ;)

Would have given 5 stars but there was no wifi and no movies on board (as advertised). The bus was clean and air conditioned. It was a relaxing ride.

The driver from LA union station to Vegas was very professional, felt comfortable with him driving.

The worst trip ever. Las to Lax load up ar 8: 35 get to Baker in bumper to bumper traffic driver decides to pull off in Baker to wait for traffic to die down we sit in Baker for 2 1/2 hours then they offer passengers the option of continuing on to Los Angeles or returning to Vegas and taking another bus. So they sent a bus for the people who wanted to return to Vegas and we continued on to Los Angeles arrived at 10: 35 pm. They gave us a different driver and about 25 more passengers who refused to wear their masks and the driver refused to enforce it. Bus was full no form of social distancing, kids standing and climbing over seats with bus in motion. Just all bad.
