A1 customer service from Brandon and Jeff and the gang everytime I order something from them! When something is an issue they always do the customer right. We're beyond lucky to have such a great OneWheel board shop here in town that takes such good care of this community!

The Float Shop team are the best. I would say awesome customer service but it’s beyond that. Great group of people that are super nice, knowledgeable and just absolutely love what they do. Jeff and the guys went out of their way during the few times I went in looking for gear for my Sons and I. The tire we wanted was not finished yet so hope to get back up there from LA to get our Enduros on our GT’s. When I have ordered on line they always through in some cool merch and write a handwritten personal thank you note. I’m a State Farm agency owner, these are things we do in our business but rarely see anywhere anymore!

Phenomenal service! I want to give special mention to Brandon, the shipping manager. He's on top of his game; fast response, courteous, just an all around professional. I had some issues with an order and he fixed it right away. A great company to do business with because of their solid products and helpful staff.

Great product and well made. As far as the freebies go that paper airplane papers are next to impossible to make a plane with.

Called the shop day before to see if they could sell me a front pad sensor and back pad. They don't stock em' but were totally able to hook me up and get me riding on a safe board again! Mahalo for the flexibility dudes. Cheeee

These guys are awesome. Jeff and the crew are amazing. They've always gone way above and beyond and hooked me up. They actually care about the customer and are not all about money. It's really refreshing to have a good company like that, seems rare nowadays. I can't say it enough how much more work they've done for me than they had to. Great shop

I have not been to the actual shop yet, but get plenty of Onewheel accessories from these guys and they are top notch. I can only imagine going to the store to meet the personalities behind the products is even better. One of these days I will stop on our way to Tahoe.

This place is infuriating. I tell myself, "No more parts or accessories! " but they keep luring me back with their phenomenal customer service and great prices. Not only that, they have this diabolical deal of the day feature that has me checking the site.daily. Insidious. They're also super helpful when you have questions, give information freely, and you never feel pressured to buy. It's madness!

Absolutely amazing. The customer service is beyond perfect. I walked in and was immediately greeted by staff and even the dog. I can't begin to tell you how comfortable I felt going in there with literally no experience on a onewheel and just looking for parts to protect my new pint. I highly recommend you go by and help out this local service especially if you are just starting to begin floating, this is DEFINITELY the spot for you. Will definitely be stopping by again for some clothing merch.
