Brokers are rude as hell, hang up in your face when you call if you don’t want to be at work don’t make the company look bad. Hope you get fired! This is a male Karen broker.

Very disappointed we hauling there freight in the past with no issue last week tried to book a load and they wouldn't accept my carrier kind of makes no sense because we have hauled there freight not too long ago. There rates is been dropping too. I wouldn't miss working with them again.

Connor over at Flock Freight is a perfect person to work with! He answered all my questions and sent me all the info I needed to know on how to book our next few loads with these guys! 5-stars for sure!

We have not been able to book any loads with Flock Freight since the loads posted does not pertain to our truck and rates are no longer competitive. When bidding and being approved for loads, they are assigned to a shared truck load for extra low rates. We use to carry 10 or more loads a months and had a great rating.

Recently signed up with Flock Freight as a Carrier, my initial experience has been getting worse by the minute. Christopher Johnson from the Encinitas, CA office is a very irresponsible individual. Seems like I'm working with a kid. Just waiting to get my payout for the one and only loads I did with them and then terminate our agreement for incompetency.

There is no response
No schedule timing
Not picking up calls
Not replying to emails

I work with Joaquin Osana as my rep and always good and smooth business. No problems with communication and they got you covered when problems happen. Good loads and good company to work with.

Jair has been a pleasure to work with this past year. Extremely attentive and communicative. He is always on top of it when it comes to helping us find loads. We appreciate the time and effort he puts to keep us moving! To our top broker Jair, we are looking forward to continue working with you!

Paid for a shipment, then was charged a second time for the same shipment double the amount I was originally quoted. Fought for 2 months to get my money back and they refuse to refund me. A very dishonest company

Stay away from Karim.he thinks he owns the customers. They want all this information and run a demo before even giving a quote to see if you are a right fit. Its just freight!

Update 5/22/23: Shortly after my previous review, Kevin Vankirk over at Flock Freight contacted me by phone. We discussed my concerns and within 5 days I had all issues resolved and paid in full. Along the way, Mr. Vankirk personally made it his top priority to handle my business with constant communication and delivery. I appreciate Flock Freight’s team and especially Kevin for hearing my concerns and handling your business with top level professional support.

I have been a carrier with Flock Freight for over a year. They do not pay timely. Not terrible but not good. Up until recently. My factoring company cut ties with them around May 2023. Since then I have had an extremely difficult time getting paid. I have $10,000 in outstanding invoices with them. I have a hard time getting ahold of my representative. Try and call accounting. You can’t. Emails only. I have been here twice before where companies go bankrupt and do not pay carriers outstanding invoices.

This broker posted load for $1250. Taylor PA TO YORK PA. I called he said $450. I told him you posted for $1250, he said that mistake and hung my phone. This is how they took advantage from carrier and killed us. Profit more than 60%. That broker really not professional.

Had few of their loads and everything was good till they decided not to pay me for one of the loads for absolutely no reason, been calling them since September2022 and still no answer why i am not paid for that load. Every time we call we were told that it’s been escalated and someone will call me! But nothing is happening. Load number is SS-QSP-4VB. I really didn’t want to post any reviews but I waited long enough to give them a chance to correct whatever wrong and pay me of what we have agreed on the Rat-Con. Carriers, be aware of that and avoid them if you can. This issue cost me much more than what I expected. Late payments to my insurance and late payments to my fuel account.
