The person who showed up to do the initial inspection was courteous, kind, and knowledgeable. I also spoke on the phone twice with the owner who was so very patient answering my myriad of questions. Very personable. He also dealt with several emails from me. And more and more questions-always patiently! It's clear they know what they're doing and are willing to work with you to make you a happy customer. And I am! Thank you, Flood Solutions!

Flood Solutions is a local, family owned and operated business. I have used them for water damage personally, as well as referred them over to numerous friends and clients. The owner Joey is very professional, honest, caring, accurate, detail oriented and responsive. All of the owners qualities are reflected in his employees, their work and work ethic. They are the best and their workmanship is as top of the line. They have performed water remediation work including cabinets, tile, drywall, flooring and other restoration work needed due to water intrusion. Dealing with an insurance claim is stressful enough and they helped me through that process to ensure we received optimum coverage for all of the work needed. Having dealt with a local restoration company on my water damage claim on my Denver property, I realize Flood Solutions is echelons above in customer support and follow up. Flood Solutions is definitely a breath of fresh air during a stressful situation. I highly recommend their services.

Flood solutions did a great job remediating the water intrusion in my kitchen, repairing the damage and rebuilding my cabinets. I was really happy that they were very careful to make sure and preserve my granite countertops. I was aware of the risk that the counters could crack or break during the process and Flood Solutions took the extra care to prevent any damage. Joey and his tradesman were very professional.

Joey the owner Flood Solutions is a straight shooter. He assessed my leak from a sink to the ceiling below and told me it wasn’t that bad and that I could probably do it myself for much cheaper. He said I did not need the full water restoration service that he provides and told me exactly what to do. Very grateful that I called him. Came home from vacation with a slab leak. We turned the water off and called one Plumer, they had no time for us. We found Flood Solutions and couldn’t be happier. They arrived 15 minutes after I called and had the team doing the dry out within a hour. Very happy with how clean they left the area and how well they communicated. Thanks for the great service. I engaged the services of Flood Solutions Inc.to address the water damage in my kitchen. Unfortunately, their handling of the water damage cleanup resulted in several issues. Firstly, they cracked the kitchen countertop and caused extensive damage to all of my cabinets, rendering them completely unusable. This not only escalated the overall repair costs but also posed a challenge as there were no undamaged cupboards to work with.

Moreover, I discovered that some of my valuable belongings went missing during the remediation period, and despite my efforts, these items never resurfaced once everything was restored to its normal state. This added to the frustration and dissatisfaction with their services.

To add to the list of grievances, Flood Solutions Inc.took an unreasonably long time to provide the billing information to my insurance provider, Farmers. It took them more than four months since the completion of the job to submit the necessary documents. Farmer's insurance company requested additional documentation and logs to justify the expenses. However, Flood Solutions has been unresponsive and has not provided the requested information. Furthermore, when the bill finally arrived, it was shockingly high, considering the subpar work and the damages they caused.

I initially chose Flood Solutions Inc.based on a recommendation from a plumber, but in hindsight, I should have directly consulted my insurance company and opted for a more reputable and reliable company. I strongly advise against hiring Flood Solutions for any household needs. Save yourself the headache and seek out a more trustworthy alternative.
