Only because of her talents and creative instincts do we have a kitchen and bathroom that our friends say should appear in a magazine. Overwhelming selection of flooring and walls. Somewhat limited selection of vanities, fixtures, and other decor. Fair prices, plenty of parking, helpful staff, and a design center to help you choose.

Large layout. They have a pretty good selection of items. The 2 we came for just happen to be out of stock. Pricing is reasonable on some and close to their competitors on others. Did not see much discontinued marked down merchandise. The clearance sections were small. Sinks and faucets were small selections. Tile, stone and flooring were abundant. Just have to make sure the amount needed is in stock. Store is not crowded. Easy check out. They have a help design center. Parking is plentiful they are Located on the far end of the shopping center.

Had a bunch of questions and Geo was extremely helpful. Took the time to show me where to find what I needed.

The Customer service from the manager at this location is terrible, the worst I have ever experienced. The manager at 6-7pm on 11/26/21 was the least helpful, kind and friendly person I have come across. I rather shop at any other location or store than the floor and decor in fullerton.

This floor decor is so on organized people here are very unprofessional nobody wants to help. Basically nobody wants to do their work lazy takes forever to get somebody to help you and when they do they don’t know what they’re doing

Going to file a complaint. There's nothing like standing out in the cold waiting for my order while people show up after me getting their orders first. My order was filled on the 8th of Oct. It is Nov. 1. What gives?

The service at the pro desk is amazing. Joel Padilla keeps in touch with me and calls just to check how everything is going and if I need anything. That is a great customer and vendor relationship.even through the tuff times we are going through with product availability, Joel haves been able to allocate product for me and we been able to meet deadlines.thank F&D Team.

I would give negative star if I can. Order & pay $500 extra for shipping. They said will delivered on Monday this week but until after 2 weeks later still don’t have anything yet. They keep tell us tomorrow too many times. So we decided to cancel order & they said have to wait for shipper call us whenever they deliver to cancel. What a joke of a big company

My husband and I are in the process of remodeling our bathroom and met with Abigail the designer. She was so helpful and although we presented her with challenges because of the particulars of our preferences.she didn't give up on us.

This store is nice but its hard to find help. If you want a good broad selection I suggest you go to the one in Santa Ana. We were looking to redo our bathroom and couldnt find a good tile. We almost settled for what they had but I decided to try the Santa Ana store and than god we did they had a much wider selection and we bought our materials from there, but I have bought a lot of meterials from this store as well being I am an interior designer.

It’s way too slow, inefficient, return and checkout same cashier, I’m a pro of F&D, Cashier Paola doesn’t want to say a word to Asian, No simpática.

They are so on top of orders over there. We had a horrific experience with the Woodland Hills store but the 1.5 hour ride to pick up our tile will be so worth it because they are so together. Yvonne is amazing and has been highly responsive. Can’t say a single bad thing about my experience with them.
