Fernando was a helpful staff member, communicative, and stoped his coversation with another staff to help me instantly. Other staff he was talkig to also was very kind to let me talk to him.

Other staff were on the ball and asked me if I wanted the tile they over heard me talking to Fernando about.

I love the way everything is openly stocked so I can look around for different tile.

I can’t say enough about how helpful, kind, and swift Lynn was in helping us narrow down the right tiles and get the order picked up. She’s clearly an expert and knows the inventory well- she also had good advice on which grout and color scheme to go with. So happy we ran into her on our Saturday morning and thankful to the team who made pickup easy.

Worked with Prax on selection of materials and his co-worker Jaime. Both gentlemen are off the hook and still ringing. Showtime has no downtime. This place does not answer the phone. Ever. They will literally pick up the phone sometimes just so the ringing stops and won't speak with you. Staff is apathetic in person as well. Quite literally the worst retail experience ive ever had. Even if the product was ok, which it's just ok, the shopping process is so awful I wouldn't shop there ever again. Most recently my wife returned three boxes of hardwood, and was only credited for one box. We called them immediately the same day once we realized and were told the message would be passed to management. Weeks later were still trying to get ahold of someone for our $550!

Positive experience with customer service. Luis helped me find the last two items from the back storage and saved me a trip to Milpitas. Furthermore, Luis worked in the tile section and I was looking at wood flooring across the store. And he still did his best to help me. I greatly appreciated it.

Just a massive selection of flooring and tile. I don't think I can ever suffer an ugly bathroom again after wondering the isles being inspired. Prices are less than I found at Home Depot. They also sell a wide assortment of all things needed to lay the floor and tile.

Better than expected since this is a building material store. Very clean and easy access. Good price good quality.

I ordered some luxury vinyl plank flooring online and the pick-up process is a breeze. Its really a 5-star experience but minus one star because no one picks up the phone at the store. The pickup staff was awesome! Really made my project that much less stressful. Highly recommend.

Great place to look for tiles. The selection is huge and the personnel very helpful, even close to closing time. They helped us with choosing the right materials and colors, as well as with choices of grout and mortar and other things you need. Couldn't have done it without their help.

Impressive quality, Service was excellent. I could tell they were short staffed, but everyone was moving and making it work! Got a bathroom vanity exactly like displayed. They loaded it into my vehicle and I brought it home. So beautiful!

Went to the store for the free in-store installation classes advertised on a banner and on their website but then I came on Saturday they claimed they don’t offer any classes. I proceeded to shop for flooring and asked someone for assistance who told me that they would come back in a few minutes to help me but they left me waiting for over half an hour before I decided to just leave. Very disappointed with my experience here, will be taking my business elsewhere.

The best store in the Bay Area but its probably because the customers on this side of the bay won't deal with the BS live in Hayward or Pleasant Hill.

Generally speaking I like F&D and its products, however, this is defenitely one of the worst stores I have ever visited. They typically never answer phones, and the stock management is a mass. They will tell you it is in stock and you can schedule a pickup. When you arrive, they were not able to take things out. Don't trust them if you see the something in the nearby store is oos and they still have it in stock.

Don’t bother calling them, they don’t pick up the phone and don’t want your business… what a joke at least lowes picks up the phone

It is impossible to get someone to pick up the phone; I have called no less than 30 times. The inventory on the website is completely wrong. I can’t even get ahold of someone to cancel my order.

Great selection of flooring. Pretty impressive customer service. People actually pay attention. I was trying to find grout and an employee was passing by with a cart clearly being in the middle of something but asked if I needed help, and he went above and beyond to find the color that I needed that wasn’t immediately available on the shelf. Store manager was also nice and helped resolve an issue with a return that we had. She seemed caring and understanding. We will be back.
