I purchased 30 sq ft of Maravilla Athena polished marble tile. It cost $500. About 50% of the product had scratches that showed up once grout was applied. Poor packaging for such an expensive tile.

Lousy customer service the sales lady named Lisa was very snooty and acted like we were taking up her time I don't know why she even bothered she was in a poor pis mood.

They set up wrong color tile for pick up, which got installed half way through the project before it was noticed. They would only exchange the remaining half of the project to correct ordered color. They do not take any responsibility for their mistake. No offer for refund or discount, nothing except exchange for remaining tile. Will have to go to small claims court to ask for $$$ for demolition and reinstall labor, cost for new tile and supplies to get it the right.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Tried to over charge us by $240 and wouldn’t even help load tile. Never going back.

Big selection of tile and flooring at a reasonable price. So many choices it's hard to decide. They even have some cool looking sinks. Store employees are very helpful. They are open late which makes it easy to shop after work. The store is very clean and organized.

I've tried to like this place, but to no avail. The store is poorly laid out and confusing.

The worst part is that the employees act like they are doing you a big favor to answer questions etc. They don't grasp the concept that I am standing there ready to part with $$$ and they are there to sell me. They can be a prima donna on their own time.

I ended up going elsewhere where they had knowledgeable staff, happy to help. I left my $$$ there.

I told myself that a big floor store in West Covina wouldn't work. To my surprise it is not only lasting its doing great. The store is busy but not too busy to find help. Everyone is willing and able to help. We bought all our flooring here for our remodel. You can find great prices here too.

Watch out. Good selection but contractors may be agencies that work with independent contractors and you might be paying a lot of money in shipping charges. Consider hiring your own local contractor as you may save a lot of money and complications. Big complications! Like employees saying they have it for you and they don't have all of it when your contractor goes to pick it up. So contractor has to get floor glue from another source. Then they do not refund the shipping charge paid to have the late glue buckets from one of their stores to another. Your contact person may be high quality but others in the chain can be unreliable.
