Nice place, well organized with huge selection and few things like foam backerboards that you can't buy in your average Home Depot.

They have a big selection but there are no processes in place to provide even the smallest amount of customer service. When my contractor picked up our order they did not check off what he had taken. So he ended up having to go back again. He went back again with the receipt and they still did not fulfill the order. I tried to solve it over the phone, but…No one picked up the phone. I tried calling for two days! Literally no one picked up the phone. I had to drive down there. This was the third trip to pick up the order that I had already purchased. When I was there I pulled out the niche I had purchased and asked if we had ordered enough tile for the niche. Just to be sure. They said yes. Guess what…. We did not have enough niche tile. It was such a simple question and instead of saying I don’t know how to figure that out they just said yes. Also the employees are chit chatting about their crazy night out and gossiping right in front of customers trying to get help. This place is the worst

Jose was very rude and not helpful. Very poor customer service. We went to Carmel Mountain location and made our purchase there. Nigh and day difference in staff helpfulness and courtesy.

Floor and decor the help was terrific especially Zack as we were waiting for help we had three or four people ask us if they could help us and then the supervisor came over Zack that is and he took care of everything for us great experience picked up some granite

Awesome place for home improvement, very organize and enjoyable place to shop. A week ago I had an appointment with a designer in Floor and decor. Her name is Rita Sladack. She was amazingly nice and knowledgeable abd helpful to us for choosing the the right products.
I realy recommend her for any design you might have.

James amazing we purchased all of the tile for 2 baths and full kitchen James made a huge $$ transaction painless and easy he even located a tile for us that was out of stock! He should be the Regional Manager!

Un-impressed. I went looking for flooring solution in my livingroom but I was also looking for some options for various items for a bath remodel. If you are looking for basics, they seem to have that covered. There was quite a few hardwood, engineered wood, some vinyl plank and a lot of tile. But it was the same colors over and over and nothing great. Honestly I felt like the local big box store had some better choices. Vanity selection was almost nil. Nothing really on display for medicine cabinets or lighting, over toilet storage. We talked to 3 sales clerks various questions and each time they wanted us to look at some web based catalog. I can do that from home. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't great. We did eventually find a flooring that looked like it would work for us, but no signage for pricing. Had to get help at the check stand. They scanned the sample in my hand and went to a web page. Pricing is definitely the draw here. Pretty darn reasonable for most products. It's the selection that was the issue for me.

Terrible customer service experience! This will be my first and last time trying to buy anything from this store. I ended up spending a lot of time trying to get the status of online order and transfer it to another site and it didn't happen. I ended up cancelling my order.

Amazing collection of wood and tile floor coverings and related supplies. Employees are friendly, mostly helpful and knowledgeable but sometimes too busy with other customers. Carts can be a bit heavy and unwieldy in tight spaces.

Horrible, went to store to return item. The card I had purchased the items with had been compromised after the original purchase and when I returned the items (over $600) they told me that needed to refund it to the original card. Explained that I had a new card but they insisted it go the old card. Called there office and told me I can get a gift card or a corporate check and return to the store. Tried calling and they simply don't answer. Called corporate and no better response. So now they have an extra $600 dollars in flooring and I have zip.

I work for Floor and Decor and I have never worked for a company that appreciates me more. These are some amazing people in the world.

Didn't have my order over here at the Lakewood store so I had to drive all the way to Marietta to pick it up over there nice floor I'm happy with it

The worst company and the worst customer service, I had an order with them to be delivered to my house and it supposed to be delivered on a specific time and it didn’t, I called them several times and they told me they will deliver it and keep giving me a time without delivery and then they told me it has been delivered and it was not, I didn’t receive it and they required me to purchase another one and pay again, I had horrible time dealing with them.
