He really understood what I needed and helped me find what type of flooring and underlayment would be best for me (my situation was trickier than most with poor insulation and sound problems). He was able so solve my problem and made my specific needs and clear vision come to life. The installation was done quickly and with great detail, I couldn’t be happier. An amazing experience with floor depot. They were sooooo patient with me. They let me keep the samples for months before i made a decision to buy the floor.and were totally understanding when i had an emergency and offered to keep my 1500 sqft of floor stored with them for an extended period of time when i had a family emergency.
They have a VAST selection of flooring and the two brothers who run the place are the most helpful people i have ever seen. I had to place multiple orders for stair noses and quarter rounds, and they were always prompt in returning my calls and placing orders at a moments notice. Just brilliant service.

I had to replace flooring on the entire first floor of my home due to a main drain that backed up. I priced flooring and looked at samples from four different flooring stores. Floor Depot had great pricing, nice flooring products and down to earth, friendly and nice service. I worked with George and he was very responsive to my sense of urgency since the replacement was unexpected, I was renting the space out and I live in an unusual mountain area. The product came in on time and the flooring installation by Remodel Masters was excellent. The workmanship of the installation was top notch. The installers took the time and effort to do an excellent quality job. My home has many angles. I worked with the installers to make sure they used the paint I had kept from the original baseboards from a remodel 10 years ago. The baseboards look fantastic and my floor is absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend Floor Depot and their installation team, Remodel Masters.

Ok.about 250sft of living room floor was damaged due to a freaky water leak. The logical path forward was to replace 1200sft of lamintes as this one continuous flooring covering living, dining, kitchen, family, laundry and vanity. Here's where Michael came to the rescue! He researched the original flooring laid about 10 yrs ago.and I kid you not, found exactly the same laminates! Phew! Delivery happened in 3 days and we were off to the races. Now contrast this with 3 other stores I had visited prior. Each one took a look at the sample and offered close matches, but NO ONE bothered to research and spend time to find the original manufacturer just based on some codes and holograms barely visible on rear of the laminate surface! This is going ABOVE AND BEYOND! I would recommend Michael and the Floor Depot in a heart beat.
