They’ve already done two of my homes and both are beautifully done. They have knowledgeable professionals who can assist you every step of the way. A 5 star company for sure.

Gus and his son were great from the very beginning. My wife and I recently bought a condo and wanted to redo the floors but had some questions on what direction to go. Gus and his son were able to quickly identify options for my wife and I to choose from that suited our taste. They gave us fair and impartial pros/cons of different floors. They really helped us make the selection process easy and straightforward. Additonally their floors were well priced!

We were also on a tight timeline and they were flexible to get measurements done quickly to give us a competitive and transparent quote. They even gave us some recommended installers.

Overall process was easy and painless. My wife and I love our floors, it really gives the place a totally new feeling. We will definitely come back for when we are ready to do our bathroom floors.

We visited multiple flooring companies in one day and ended up selecting Flooring Creations; and it was a great choice. We worked with Gus Jr to select our flooring. He helped us look through their products and we took home several samples (deposit required but well worth it). Gus Jr gave us good insights into where the flooring industry was and where they appear to be going. He was very knowledgeable on the products and verified our research. One concept he discussed with us that others didn't was to work directly with the installer to determine if any of the planks weren't really of our liking and how to manage that as part of the install process. Gus helped us with our insurance company as well by ensuring we had quick access to the latest paperwork for claim submittal and their invoices had the type of information needed. I am very glad we chose this company!

Gus was terrific in helping me pick the right wood for my floors. He really educated me about all the options and explained the pros and cons of each. The big samples really helped me visualize how the space would look. The buying process was very clear and detailed and the timeline was just what Gus said. The installer he recommended was excellent. The design and workmanship were exactly what we discussed. The crew was friendly and respectful too.

I found Flooring Creations online and called to get information on pricing to replace flooring after a water leak. Gus Jr.was incredibly helpful when I called. After a couple of other quotes from others, I knew that I wanted to work with Gus Jr. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. In person, even better. He provided THE BEST service and talked us through our options for materials in the showroom. I was surprised to learn that they test out materials before they actually make it to the showroom. They really care about the quality of the products they sell and are incredibly knowledgeable. To find value, quality plus excellent service and authentic kindness can be rare. Flooring Creations and their team are a true gem. They provided a referral for installation that was equally on par with the same level of service and quality work. For background, we paid out of pocket due to our insurance claim taking SO long. The invoice provided was detailed with both materials and labor using the recommended contractor for installation. No issues with the reimbursement. Just in case anyone reading is in a similar situation.

Gus was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on our flooring options as he walked us through all the types with pros and cons. When he came to our house for the measurements, he had several good design suggestions that we incorporated. He also recommended a fantastic installer that finished the entire upstairs and staircase in only one week. The installation crew was very polite, helpful, and they cleaned up any debris before leaving each day. We're very happy to finally get rid of all that carpeting and would do it over again with Flooring Creations.

We made two purchases through Flooring Creations, and Gus Jr.was extremely helpful throughout the process. We were doing a major kitchen and laundry remodel. We needed flooring, countertops, as well as tile for the backsplash. Gus Jr was very knowledgeable, and worked with us to get the best pricing. He was also very helpful in trying to decide on style and color, as there were so many choices that we had to make! Our old carpet was from the late 80s so we were in a market for a new one. We went on yelp to find a good carpet installer, made a few inquiries from different companies but we decided to go with Flooring Creations at the end. We first met with Gus when he did the measurements. He was very professional, informative and answered all our questions. Gus even went out of his way to let you know where to park if you go to his showroom so you don't get lost. As a first time carpet buyer, we didnt really know what kind of carpet we would like other than the color but luckily he was there to guide us and give us his recommendations and also more information about his product. He also recommended a good carpet installer (which they did a good job btw) and we couldn't be more happier with the outcome. We will definitely give them a call in the future. Thanks Gus and team!

Gus and his team are very knowledgeable and helpful. Gus spent substantial amount time with my wife and I going over the different flooring options and the pros and cons of each. He was also very accommodating to us and truly cares about making his customers happy. Overall we had a great experience with flooring creations.

Kitchen remodel and review from 2023
I am in the middle of a major remodel and hit with the devastating news that the floors needed to be replaced. I had hoped to salvage the floors but structural changes to the floorplan dictated otherwise. I immediately contacted Gus and Gus Jr.after having excellent prior experiences with Flooring Creations. I can now say, every room in my house has materials from Flooring Creations (tile, wood, carpet and luxury vinyl plank in the addition). I generally prefer the same material throughout the entire house. But the products and colors suggested by Flooring Creations make sense and work perfectly together. The only untouched area is the outside patio and I guaranty I will be returning to Flooring Creations for that tile too.

The appointment was seamless. Unfortunately it has been almost 10 years since the original tile was installed and the tile I loved has been discontinued. Luckily, the team at Flooring Creations was able to track down a very close match. They had samples picked out based on their recollection of the materials I liked in the past, which made the process very easy. They also recommended several other wholesalers that might have a better match for the transition moulding that I needed. But in the end I returned to Flooring Creations for the moulding because I found their selection to be superior.

This is the one place that I have dealt with, where years will pass between projects but every time that i return, they always remember my family, my house and the materials I like. I figured that I was paying slightly more for the added convenience and excellent customer service. But, after price comparing, I was shocked and pleased to find that Flooring Creations' prices were better than the big box stores. I always leave Flooring Creations confident that I am getting a quality product at a reasonable price and with no hassle. They are just so easy to work with. Also, Flooring Creations does not perform installation but they were able to recommend an excellent installer.

Bathroom project and review from 2021
Flooring Creations has been my go to for all flooring needs, but who knew they would be my go to for a tub to shower conversion. I stopped by to get some advice on cost of materials from Gus and Gus Jr.after receiving several contractor quotes for a new shower that were two times what I expected. Before I knew it, Gus was taking measurements for materials, helping me pick out tile and providing recommendations for very good installers and fixture suppliers. We are very pleased with the entire process and the amazing quality of the materials. Plus the entire project was completed well within my original budget.

My experience with Flooring Creations was really great. Reading positive reviews led me to their showroom and I wasn’t disappointed. It was easy to quickly find styles that fit my taste and Gus Sr.and Jr.provided answers and education regarding the materials to make the decisions simple. Gus Sr.came to my home to take precise measurements and within a day my floor tile was ordered. I got an excellent installer recommendation from them. I want to update my review because I recently made a second, big purchase from FC. The experience was as positive as the first time. My original buy was kitchen and bath floor tile. This time I put engineered hardwood throughout the rest of my house. FC had a nice selection, in a range of prices. Gus was really helpful; sharing considerations like lighting, my paint colors, and other things that I might not have thought of. Gus maintains a list of installers who work in my area so through him I had the good fortune to secure the same person who did my kitchen and bath floors. Gus’s connection to quality installers was a big plus for me. I am doing a lot of work on my house. I have interacted with so many stores, salespeople, owners, etc. Gus and his business stand out. He didn’t just sell me the wood flooring. He came to my house twice; once to measure and again to walk the job before it started, with the installer I chose. I can’t recommend enough. Thanks Gus!

Flooring creations did a wonderful job with our LVP install. I was anxious to pull the trigger on the flooring we wanted and they were very patient with me as I borrowed many samples to bring home and contemplate over. The install went very smoothly. The crew was professional and timely. The whole thing, demo, install, and baseboards took 6 days. They tarped off all the kitchen cabinets and appliances to help minimize dust. Overall, very satisfied.

If you are looking for a quality product, superior customer service, and a positive flooring experience then Flooring Creations is the company you want to use. We used them to install our carpet and vinyl plank flooring in 2009 and we returned to enlist them again after we had water damage in our kitchen, dining room and family room. While the living room and stair carpet was not part of the water damage we decided after 14 years it was the perfect time to change the carpet as well.
