I really enjoyed talking with Jeff who was very knowledgeable about wood and the history of the wood flooring industry. He understands wood types, quality, finishes and has great tips for installation and what to avoid. I suggest the lunch & learn with him for professionals and the video guides for future customers of wood flooring.
