Truthfully.this was fine where it was & this seems like it should/would be in an industrial park like down by auto row instead of Main Street- McHenry Ave.
Guess that's part of city council Messing Up this cities Aesthetic.
I REALLY Miss MJM being in this location tho!

The employee who helped us was very polite and knew about the products so he could show us our options.

Worst customer experience possible! Website and sales personnel lie about shipping lead time was told would take 3 days to ship ended up taking 3 weeks. Then wanted me to pay them to return material. Thats right not give me my money back but pay them to take it back. Absolutely will never use this company again we are a high volume contractor and would recommend anyone else u could find this place won't take care of you they will take advantage of you.

We’ve bought many items for multiple houses from Flooring Liquidators at the Mariposa location and Merced location. The location on McHenry in Modesto is absolutely horrible. They made me feel un-welcomed. I was looking for the moldings for the cabinets and the man at the front desk sent me to the back desk and I waited there for 10 minutes, UNGREETED. When the man there finally decided to see what I needed he said “I’m going to be with this gentleman for a while, he had an appointment and that someone could help me in the front” I went back to the front and still no help and so I left without getting what I came for. I am now heading to the Merced location instead.

Installation turned out great but the salesman Jim prichard is a snake and a liar. Waited until after the job was complete to try and over charge for labor. Also tried to overcharge the flooring. Although the crew did a great job, they took 3 hour lunches and breaks every 30 minutes. A job that should have taken 4 days took 11 days. I would not recommend the lying snake Jim or flooring liquidators. This clown likes to try and take advantage of people.

I special ordered vinyl flooring. I was told it would take a week to arrive. I scheduled the installation two weeks out. The day of installation, I was told they could not locate my flooring. After two days of searching, the warehouse found the flooring. It was in the warehouse for the last five days. So I had to take more days off work to accommodate the new installation schedule. Jam Flooring was the installer. They over estimated the amount of flooring and baseboards I would need. When it came to paying the bill, I had to pay the estimated amount rather than the materials that were installed. I would highly recommend steering clear of Flooring Liquidators and Jam Flooring.

I first contacted FL via email requesting a quote for the Mannington Adura Dockside Sand vinyl flooring. I immediately received a reply. Placing the order was so easy. The associates kept in contact with me throughout the process informing me as to shipment dates & delivery process. The flooring was delivered by FedX on a pallet. The pallet had a plywood box secured on the top/sides, banded down with strapping then wrapped in heavy plastic. Not one box had a dent in it. We were amazed how smoothly the whole process went not to mention I saved well over $700 by going through FL. We know we will love our new floor even though it hasn't been installed yet. The installer said this is the only vinyl product he recommends due to its durability and ease of installation.

Didn't have the best service at the Miramar store.but then spoke with Cyndee Woodward at the Modesto office and she made everything possible for me. I purchased 1500 sq ft and was able to pick up my order within a day. Great and amazing customer service by Cyndee Woodward. Thank you!

Cannot keep scheduled time, twice in a row! And cannot call back after 48 hours and 3 calls made. Ridiculous, don't waste your time or money here

I had the best customer service that I have recieved in a long time. Juan Paddilla is the best. He had a lot of patience with this old lady. I didn't have a clue what I was doing. But when I left there I was well Educated on wooden floors. You need more people like him in the retail business. Thank you for sending me this review. I could go on and on about Juan.

Dealing with Flooring liquidators I was a great experience. My sales representative was Juan at the Stockton store and he made everything I had to do a breeze. They had the product I needed at the right price and it was in stock. Thank you flooring liquidators.

Joe Rivera has helped us out so much over the last few years. He has been there every step of the way when renovating my house with new floors. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to choosing the right type of flooring and color selection. Joe is very friendly and caring. I will be recommending is service to anyone I know who needs flooring.

My wife and I visited Flooring Liquidators twice to chose our kitchen counter stone and we could not be happier of having Denise Mejia helping us. She even gave us a nice discount without asking. She was wonderful, very knowledgeable of the products, patience and helpful. Denise, Juan, Sandra, and team, are very friendly and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable. If you are in the hunt for granite, marble, quartz.that's the place. "Drive a little, save a lot".

This review comes from a couple who thought they knew what they wanted, but really had no clue. We purchased flooring a few years back and thought we wanted the same style for our new house. Brandon was so patient with us when we kept changing our minds. He offered great suggestions and ideas. He was very prompt with color ideas, pricing and material transfers. Just amazing and professional. We picked up the flooring today and we are so happy with the product. Without Brandon's help we may still be "attempting" to find the right flooring for our new home.
