Absolutely the best service. Tina and Rick were very helpful. I was devastated and disappointed beyond words with my purchase from Home Depot. Found flooring outlet and I just cannot say enough. They immediately made me feel comfortable and made my needs a priority. I am in love with the floor. It’s hard to find quality and great service. These people def have it! Thank you flooring outlet for the amazing experience. My house is under construction these pictures are the current situation. I cannot wait to see the finish.

This is my second time around with Tina and the Flooring Outlet. The first time, several years ago, we had a carpeted hallway and carpeted stairs taken out and had beautiful wood laminate put in. This time we had our kitchen and entryway re-floored and our carpeted living room floored, and all of our bedrooms re-carpeted. The work they do is tremendous. The employees that come to the house are polite and clean and do a fabulous job. They have always cleaned up after themselves. I cannot recommend Tina and her company enough.

Good people. I worked with Tina to get our floors done in three rooms of our house. She was responsive, accomodating, helped us choose the right floor and followed through on everything, despite all of the challenges caused by the pandemic. I will be using this company again if I have a need.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Our experience with the this company was the very best. Right from the minute I walked through the door I knew we were in the right place. Trish was very helpful and pleasant helping me decide which flooring to choose, setting up an appointment for an estimate and getting back to me with a timely proposal. Pete and DJ did the installation and I cannot say enough good things about them. Super polite, professional and talented. Our floors came out better than I ever imagined. Their skills at laying floors are outstanding. I would recommended this company in a heartbeat.

I am sorry the job I had for this place didn't work out. The flooring wasn't meeting the requirements of the Health Inspector. They are refunding my money.
Pretty hassle free and nice folks.

We are new to the area and wanted to match our tile kitchen floor to the rest of the first floor's engineered hardwood. This was going to be tricky - the old floor had to come up and the new floor feathered in over a wide area. Additionally, the engineered hardwood used throughout the house had been discontinued.

The whole team at Flooring Outlet was stellar from start to finish. They located the small supply of original flooring still left, worked with the vendor to reserve what we needed while we made up our mind, then arranged for a very fast delivery.

Their installations were booked eight weeks out, but they found the small window we needed and we were able to get installation scheduled within two weeks! We would not be in town but, by this time, we had total faith in the folks at Flooring Outlet and happily let them come into the house and do the work without us there.

When we came back to town, an absolutely gorgeous piece of work was waiting for us. There is no way to tell where the old and new floor meet; the trim around the cabinets is perfect and the whole space was clean as a whistle. It was an amazing, amazing job at a more than fair price. These are all great people who do great work and we're very happy to have found them!
