Dr Stenger puts her patients at ease with all treatment plans - she takes the time to explain things. She senses when patients are nervous and will gentle ask how they are doing. Highly recommend Dr Stenger!

I absolutely love this place. This is one of the last places in Orange County where you can find someone that you can trust. They don't try to "fill-in" 6 cavities in your first visit. They are conservative with their approach and explain thoroughly what they are watching vs what is a problem now. I will continue to come here as long as I live in the area.

This was not only my first time with Dr. Stenger, but also the first time I had been back to a dentist for two years. I just needed x-rays and a routine cleaning, but it was overdue and I was a little nervous. As soon as I contacted Dr. Flora’s office, the anxiety seemed to melt away, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

All communication from Dr. Flora Stenger’s office was prompt, polite, and comprehensive, yet concise. I was emailed new patient forms ahead of my appointment, which I was able to fill out and send back ahead of time. When I came in, I practically walked right in and was out within an hour. I also appreciated that both the hygienist and the doctor had excellent bedside manner and explained the procedure, but spared me questions during the actual procedure. This seems like it would be obvious not to do, but one of my pet peeves about my PREVIOUS dentist was that she would ask me questions during the cleaning, and it was difficult to respond while also having to keep my mouth open. It was nice to just relax and focus on the cleaning during that phase. A follow-up appointment was made, and I was thrilled to be sent text and email confirmation.

Particularly, I really liked the dental hygienist, Yvonne (I believe that was her name). She’s extremely professional and personable and made me feel super comfortable. Dr. Stenger was lovely and direct.

I Always receive professional dental care! I have been going to Dr. Basilio for about 2 years and just love her! She is just the best! She is so personal and friendly and keeps me totally informed about my dental health! My 6 month cleaning and Xrays went great and the staff are friendly and professional!

I took a star off because the x ray procedure did not go smoothly. I think they have updated x ray machines then the ones they use in the office. The dentist was nice and did my cleaning herself. I don't know how she will do for more complicated procedures and I don't know if she will give me nitrous if I ask for it.
Today I saw Dr. Stenger. She said I needed a.couple of fillings and they did not give nitrous.oxide. So I will go see a dentist that does.use.nitrous.the staff at Stenger's office are overworked.

I am a senior-senior and have found a dental office with staff that I feel confident and comfortable and special.
I look forward to my annual visits and empathetic staff!

Always receive excellent care from Dr. Stenger. Dr. Stenger goes above and beyond my expectations as a patient. During a periodic "Cleaning" visit I mentioned to her that I had moderate pain in an area where a dental implant had been inserted by an oral surgeon. Dr. Stenger ordered an x-ray to be taken. She then removed the "Cap" covering that implant and was able to screw the implant in more tightly solving my problem. This saved me from having to revisit the oral surgeon.

Dr. Flora is professional and kind person. I couldn’t imagine someone else taking care of me and my family. She is absolutely amazing dentist and couldn’t thank her enough of what she’s done for us.

Dr. Basilio always makes sure it’s a great and pleasant experience. I highly recommend her and this dentist office. A big thank you to the admin staff, dental assistant’s and dentist. They all do a fabulous job!

Love this place, the dentist and the employees. Always very nice and helpful. Gentle with their cleanings but do a thorough job.

I was seen promptly and felt that treatment and staff interactions were designed to minimize potential COVID exposure. Treatment plan was explained clearly and in detail. Everyone was very friendly and polite.

The masked receptionist l was less than personable and seemed to have a cold, which bothered me. The new assistant, Paul, seemed okay at first, despite his heavy accent and apparent lack of deodorant. He didn’t introduced himself, at first, but remembered to do so before taking my X-rays. Dr. Basilio’s amiable bedside manner improved my visit as she cleaned my teeth and addressed my concerns. However, afterwards, Paul polished my teeth—body odor and all—sharing TMI about his personal life and failed relationships, which was unprofessional. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, so even though I like Dr. Basilio, I have decided to look for a new dental office. Ugh!

I always have a fabulous experience with Dr. Stenger. The staff is very professional and I find that they stay very true to their scheduled appointment times. I always feel well taken care of and am never nervous about going in for any work that I need done. Dr. Stenger is great!

I had a pleasant experience today at the Offices of Dr. Stenger. The office is pristine, the office staff is efficient. Everyone is friendly. It was my first visit there and I saw Dr. Basilio who made me comfortable. I won’t dread future appointments at the dentist!
