Best precision probiotics on the market. You don't know what you need unless you have the data and their lab tests tell you why what you have been doing doesn't work. The difficulty is in identifying the problem, not on finding the solution.

I have been using Sun Genomics probiotic for my daughter. In 4 months her microbiome score has increased significantly, and we are seeing great benefits! I highly recommend these probiotics.

I have been using Fiore for 2 years now and really love their custom probiotic. There staff has excellent customer service and is very friendly to work with. I highly recommend their products.

I can’t tell causation but since taking Flore probiotics, my autistic has gradually improved and has recently finished his first year certificate program as a full time residential student in college. He is working as a volunteer at the Cafe in our church this summer.

I have been very pleased with my Floré experience. My digestive system has improved and I love knowing that I am using a product custom formulated for me. I just sent in my second sample and I am eager to see how my microbiome has changed in the first 5 months.

I don’t know about correlation and causation in autism, I’m not a scientist, I have no medical background. I got Flore because I wanted to see if it would help my autistic sons stomach problems. What I have gotten I return after 3 weeks of use is a little boy who is calmer, more talkative, more imitative, with a better appetite, and more joy everyday. Again I don’t know for scientific fact that this is because of Floré but our use of it certainly correlates with the changes we’ve been seeing in him, changes that we’ve been trying to get for years. Color me a believer.

Flore was recommended by my doctor to figure out why I have been having debilitating gut issues. The microbiome report came back showing what Bacteriodes I need to increase in order to certain foods that have been causing my issues. It is all very well documented and explained by Flore. I very much appreciate how they educate the consumer.

These custom probiotics literally CHANGED MY LIFE! I tried everything else to relieve the painful bloating, the cramps, the fatigue, brain fog, etc.and nothing worked. I spent an absolute fortune trying different specialists, both traditional and alternative, to no avail. I was really miserable and not functioning. After just a few weeks on Flore by Sun Genomics, I already felt much better! Almost a year later and I AM BACK TO NORMAL! I was even able to lose 30 lbs. Best of all, I’ve got my confidence back! Just found out I secured a role in a TV commercial! I am beyond impressed with this company. I've been emailing back and forth with the Biologist that put together my baby's formulation and she's been so quick to respond and has answered all of my questions. Our goal is to prevent UTI's and not only am I happy with the formulation, but after asking about additional probiotic strains, she is going to do even more research to see if it will help. The baby probiotics are also mixed with high quality hypoallergenic formula, but when we had an issue with our baby taking a bottle, she offered to reformulate so that we could mix it with breastmilk instead. She genuinely seemed to care about my baby and really wants to help.

This company feels like a dream come true in the midst of dealing with health issues and I couldn't be more grateful. Not to mention, customer service has also completely exceeded my expectations. Everyone I've talked to is really nice and extremely willing to help. I am so happy I found Sun Genomics and have been recommending them to everyone I know!

Great customer service and great date about microbiome! Their service helped me identify an overpopulation of a certain microbe that loves meat. So unfortunately I need to cut back on meat.

Excellent customer service and result detail. I had ordered my sample kit with subscription but never got around to sending in the samples in time. A few weeks later, customer service reached out to me regarding the missing sample and my subscription. I was charged for the second kit, but everything was put on hold until they received the sample. I haven't been charged for the third month and currently am in the process of waiting for my probiotic formula to arrive, and then test a month later for improvement results. My gut report was very informative (lots of bad bacterias), and I can't wait to try my custom probiotics. I'm really hoping they help with my IBS-C. I've tried many things for it and while some things have helped, there is no cure. I'm not expecting these probiotics to cure me, but I do hope they make my life easier by reducing my symptoms and improve gut health. Flore makes the sample collection and gut monitoring process very easy.

I have started my floré journey about 3 months ago. So far i have been impressed by the quality of the Probiotics. I have noticed a positive change in my energy level as well as my bowel movement. It's my first experience to go through this journey of having to submit my stool sample and receive a specialized formula for me personally. I was also impressed by the complmentary health call.the coach was very knowledgeable and gave me recommendations about the gut microbiome journey. Having my own portal gives me access and control to my prebiotic formula and its content.

I am on my third week of my formulated probiotics and I am already noticing differences. I am less "puffy" in my midsection and I have noticed my Hives have calmed way down with no other changes to my diet or lifestyle. I am excited to see what my next gut test shows!

I have been taking flore probiotics for two months. At first, I was experiencing a bit of stomach pain, sluggish and tired. That was my body rejecting the probiotics. As I have stayed on them, I have been noticing significant changes in the way I feel and my daily stool. It hasn’t helped maintain my psoriasis though. I sent out a new analysis kit and hope the update to my formula will improve on this. Overall, i’m happy with their product thus far.

Update: Awesome customer service which fixed my issue over the weekend and had my new kit 2 days later on Monday! They have been checking in on me along the way and made this experience super easy!

Old review:
So far I’m disappointed, I received my package in the mail on a Friday and the tube for collection leaked all over and damaged the contents of the collection box. As it is Friday, I’m unable to contact customer support and receive a new one so I’ll have to wait til Monday for them to send a new one out and wait to receive it. I was just excited to get started! I will update my review as the process goes along.

I unfortunately have to leave a new review following more issues with the shipping and customer service. I gave 4 stars in my first review because the product is good and helpful in my opinion, and the company has a lot of potential. BUT. After my last review 4 weeks ago, I encountered more problems and wasted a lot of time trying to get my probiotics shipped on time. After this first experience when my probiotics just DID NOT SHIP at all after the order was placed, and I had to ask TWICE to make sure they did 10 days later (which means I ran out of probiotics for 10 days), I was cautious. So yesterday when I saw that I only had a few capsules left, I called customer service but nobody answers the phone anymore. I left a message. A little later, I tried chatting online with a representative but it was taking forever, so I checked my account and saw that the renewal date had been changed without my knowledge which is why the order had not been automatically placed. So I placed the order immediately. Finally, I started chatting online with a representative, and the chat was VERY slow. I think it took a total of 40 minutes to get answers. Finally the representative told me that they were going to make sure my probiotics ship first thing the day after, which is today. I also mentioned that the last time, my probiotics travelled from San Diego, CA to Tennessee and then back to Southern California, which meant that the probiotics got to me very warm again as the tiny ice pack is absolutely useless against the temperatures we're having. I said that I would be willing to pay a little extra for one-day shipping so my package did not have to travel so far just to get back to California and experience those temperature spikes, and the representative told me the fee would be $80 which I thought was disrespectful so I just replied "lol". USPS ships anything in one day from San Diego to Los Angeles. Then I said have a nice day and trusted that my probiotics would ship today. But this morning, instead of a shipping notification, I got an email about a new (second) order being created at no charge to me, but I already paid yesterday anyway. So I tried calling but again no answer so I left a message and I've started a chat again. It took 20 minutes for the representative to tell me that they should ship out today. But I did not get a shipping notification. Then 8 more minutes to get a simple answer about the shipping notification. Oh and after my first review, I had to ask TWICE for the "microbes" to be credited to my account. I'm aggravated. I've been patient and understanding until now but I already gave kind feedback about the shipping and ice pack problems, and things are only getting worse. I do hope that the company gets their act together quickly, in which case I will gladly update this review. For now I am slowly losing my trust in Sun Genomics. They should be more respectful and reliable especially when their customer's health is at stake.

So far sun genomics has been wonderful for helping me with the sample process and kit for my son. We are doing the Arizona state university study kit for autism and they have been very helpful! Can’t wait to see how it works for him

Takes too long. It took them 4 weeks to tell me I had to retest. They dont refund you any money either. Not a reliable company. I should of used 23andMe.
