Had a salad and tea for dinner. Great place to hang out even on week nights. Would go again for sure.

We always get take out from flower child and all their dishes are always 10/10. They also keep very well for left overs which we love! Highly recommend the enchiladas, salmon plate and all of their salads.

Flower Child is one of my favorite places to go. I love the salads, enchiladas and Ice-T’s. My most favorite is the roasted chicken, mashed potatoes and broccoli plate.

I went in to order take out. The cheery staff brightened my day, and when I got home to eat I found the serving sizes ample and food delicious. The flavors were interesting and bold.

Nice healthy restaurant - helpful staff, solid healthy food - and a nice setting. Easy to grab a quick bite.

This place has amazing healthy options. I got the Salmon entree with golden smashed potatoes and Chile sweet potatoes which was all very good. She got the Chicken and avocado Cobb salad and it was delicious. I highly recommend this place if you enjoy healthy food options.

Came here for a healthy dinner and was wowed! I didn't like the deli style turkey in my salad, but everything else was on point.

What a great place for healthy eats and a fun vibe in an active locale of Del Mar! Plenty of seating inside and out. Great Vegan and Vegetarian items as well as fun eats for meat eaters etc. Beer & Wine options are available. I went for late lunch and parking was easy but might be busier closer to normal lunchtime. They also have an app to download for deals and rewards for purchases. I received a coupon for free appetizer after I used the app the first time for an order!

This place is cute. The energy is very calm and relaxing, so a fairly good place to sit and enjoy a chat with a friend over lunch. However, I wouldn’t say the food is stellar. Given the price, about $25/person, I would say it’s fine for fast casual, but the draw here is really more the atmosphere.

In cases where the FOH is busy, downstairs is fairly nice. There is some outdoor seating, but I would recommend putting some work into it as outdoor dining is most enjoyed when one can lounge, and the seating didn’t look the best. Overall, this is a good place with good company, and a fine choice for a takeout lunch meal, but I wouldn’t say it’s anything to rave about.

With some attention to seasonings, I could see serious improvement as the staff certainly knows how to cook the food, but I assume they are limited in flavor by what their employer requires. I would say this is good for place for some Instagram photos with some basic skills from a friend.

Staff beyond friendly. Soothing atmosphere that matched the clean beautiful food presented. Such a 'feel good' meal. Flavor delightful

I am vegan and was super stoked about a place where I could take my vegan family and get a meal. I was not impressed. It was so expensive for such a cheap meal. The food was just okay and truly not impressive. The restaurant was not very clean. I will highlight there was a side play area for kids that was fun, but everything else was subpar. I won't go back.

I really love the food here, but it's become more expensive and I've been getting less food with my meal. I ordered the other day and received around 1/3rd of a chicken breast for $15 (image attached). The second entree on the same order was the same. I'm just bummed out at this point.

Great place to eat work and a hangout place with friends. Lots of good cuisines to try, quite spacious and the vegetarian options are quite great.

Ordered chicken with cauliflower risotto and mashed potatoes. Blown away. Tastes like home-cooked food, not restaurant food. My new favorite place.

Lovely people, fresh tasty food but pretty small portions for the price. I added shrimp to my salad and got like 5 pieces. The salad itself was a smaller bowl. And it cost $20. I still needed to get more food to be fulfilled.

Portion sizes are small across all locations but the food is high quality. This location in particular irked me a bit. I forgot to use my rewards account at checkout. They said they would have the manager apply it after the fact. Called twice to follow up but nothing ever happened.

Okay I'm annoyed but I'm not sure this is a fair review so take this as a warning. I came here because I wanted to try a vegan restaurant and when I looked up vegan this place popped up. And I walked in here and there's a lot of different food items and I was reading closer it looks like there's not a pure vegan restaurant which was maybe my mistake for not looking closer but I'm pretty annoyed cuz I drove all the way over here expecting to have a plethora of things to order. So again I'm not sure if this is a fair review because I didn't order anything cuz I was frustrated that this wasn't a pure veggie spot.

This is a great restaurant with many healthy options. I had the steak with two vegetables including the delicious cauliflower. There are both indoor and outdoor sitting areas in this very spacious restaurant. I also enjoyed the homemade lemonade.
