Lost ticket, never sent flowers, but charged my card. Not to mention, asked if I was sending myself sympathy flowers.

Terrible quality. I have family and friends that have used this local florist for gifts to me (via 1800-flowers) and it is honestly the worst quality I have seen. The arrangement delivered is nothing like the photo, the quality of the flowers are terrible and die within days, the arrangement is full of filler greenery and baby’s breath. They drop wilted arrangement at your door and don’t even ring the doorbell to let you know it’s there. Almost as if they know their flowers are an embarrassment. I could not be more disappointed. You are better off buying flowers from the off-ramp!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered flowers via 1800 flowers.com and Flower Island was supposed to deliver the flowers to my wife. I received notification that the flowers were delievered. I immediately went to my door to pick up the flowers and they were not there. When I called Flower Island to inform them that they weren't delivered, the lady who answered the phone said well I put the arrangement together and they were sent out for delivery. The best thing that she offered was sending another order out in 4 days. I feel like I was being treared as though I wasn't telling the truth. They had 1 job to do, they failed at it and gave no good resolution or even an apology.

Order flowers on Thursday November 4 got an email that there where deliver and where not deliver I ask for refund they said I can get credit which I said no because they where not delivery on time. And they decided to deliver flowers on Monday the 7. Already late never again ordering from this place

We ordered floral arrangements for my grandmothers funeral mass. The arrangements were delivered on time at the church and they were absolutely beautiful!

We ordered 4 arrangements in total and they were all beautiful and looked just how I had described when I called and placed the order over the phone.

Everyone at the church loved the flower arrangements. We will definitely be working with this florist shop again! Thank you Flower Island for the beautiful flowers.

I have been 3 times at this place, 2 times I ordered a delivery and both times the order was not like they show on the picture. The first time it was for mothers day, I paid for a cake looking arrange, I choose the color yellow because my mom loves yellow flowers. Well the day before the delivery I receive a call from this place telling me that they run out of yellow flowers, but it was already paid and even though I got mad I said it was fine. Another time I ordered those prom flowers, again they were not as advertised they were way to small and they were kinda dry, but I didn't care because I just wanted to have fun on my prom day. The other time I ordered a delivery they didn't even bordered to knock the door, they just left the flowers on the floor and left. Also the flowers were not as advertised again, they were way too small, and missed a lot of flowers from the arrange. And let me tell you something, this place is not cheap at all, even though they charge you a lot they still don't do your orders right. So if you see something you like expect it to be way smaller, have less flowers, not be similar to the picture, and basically get a different thing from what you ordered.

Bought flowers first n last time I'll go here plain never we'll go back I'll go to carnalval next time better service

Amazing customer service! I ordered a personal flower arrangement on short notice and the bouquet was amazing! The flowers were fresh, smelled great, and lasted for days! I highly recommend this florist for any occasion! Best florist is San Diego, period!

Customer service is exceptionally horrible. If you dont have the flowers ordered, why not contact the person? It could've prevented the shocker and the disbelief.offered to deliver new flowers on a Monday? Is this how you treat your customers. WOW.

The best! They have incredible flowers. I often buy in bulk for weddings and events, and I can always count on this vendor!
