I gave them a picture of what I wanted paid for it then when I went to pick it up they didn’t remember the order and when I got it looked absolutely nothing at all like the picture and the costumer service was not at all friendly super disappointed considering we support this shop a lot for all occasions

Affordable for any budget. Exceptional customer service and fresh vibrant flowers. I particularly like that you can split your bunch to make two for the same price. If you're a guy that needs to make up, you can purchase a beautiful arrangement that won't break the bank. Family business and worth patroning.

Location: easy to find but may be mistaken for a hodge podge business
Parking: plentiful
Value: Extremely affordable even cheaper than Costco

So sad to see how rude this flower show has become. I have been a customer for many years and it’s changed a lot. I used to like to go in there and enjoyed looking at the selection and if I didn’t see anything I liked I was able to order. Now they forget my orders and are very rude when I ask prices and for help. Not sure what’s going on. I have dealt with the older man Tino and I think his son has been there now and he is not personable at all. This business will go down if he doesn’t change his customer service strategy. I’m very disappointed and sad that he will end up destroying his fathers business. Lost a customer and many more as I am not the only one who has experience this attitude from him. Trust me you will know who he is when you walk into the lil shop. Don’t bother going in there anymore go elsewhere, people should not get treated this way at all!

Flower shop is small but very nice and reasonable prices. Only reason I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars is because of the owners sons rude attitude. I would recommend customers to deal with the older gentlemen (I assume the owner) and avoid the son if possible.

I love supporting this small business. The flowers are always gorgeous and the owners are very kind and helpful. They always give me discounts when I buy multiple flowers. My favorite flower shop.

Horrible service! I called through the phone, and first they answer put me on hold and hang up. I call again and they don’t have good customer service, I’m asking for a certain price, and they said they have a certain rose in stock. They don’t give me the price, they say come here and we can work something out. I travel over (wasting my time) just for them to tell me the rose I was looking for they don’t have it and they couldn’t work out a deal regardless. WASTE OF MY TIME. And they were not polite at all.

I been here 3 times for my clients floral for Cakes. And each time the older Gentleman always helps me out and gives me the best flowers. And the prices are awesome reasonable great prices. My clients are always happy and loves their floral arrangements. BEST FLOWERS in TOWN.

Fantastic flowers. One of the best. Several of the local florists have exceptional variety of flowers, this florist in particular is the same. There are several different locations, all of which are top notch.
