Pablo is amazing! It takes very little for him to know exactly what you want. He explains what he did to help problem areas like cowlicks. Everyone there is very courteous.

I forgot the name of the guy who cut my hair, but he did a REALLY nice job. The atmosphere of the place is very welcoming, and I got an amazing hair wash that included a head massage lol. I was not expecting the full 5 star treatment, but I left feeling pampered Id give more than 5 stars if I could.

Edit: I read some of the negative reviews, and I'll say this: most of them are full of it. Sometimes there's gonna be a longer wait than expected, that happens sometimes at popular spots that get busy. And the few reviews that claim they got an entirely different haircut.how did you not realize that until the end? You're literally sitting across from a mirror the entire time. Idk, I personally had an amazing experience. I've been complimented numerous times on it, as well as hit on twice in the last 24 hours since I got it lol

I always have a different a stylist yet always feel listened to about the haircut I want and they do a fantastic job.

I go to the Floyd’s in Brea. Justine is my hairstylist and she is great. She’s always on time gives a great haircut and is very friendly to talk to you highly recommend seeing her.

The store is always clean and in good shape I would recommend this place.

Nothing worse than a bad haircut. Except maybe hemorrhoids. But no one can see your hemorrhoids. Everyone can see a bad haircut. That’s why I go to Floyd’s. I know I’ll always get a good cut.

I really like this place. They give you a quick massage at the end but overall it’s a good experience. The only reason why I Can’t give a 5 star was because they are expensive.

Eric was great. I liked his methodical approach. It was easier to explain on what I wanted for my hairstyle. He kept notes on computer that we knew exactly what to do next appointment.

Poor service, poor attitude, especially from Erick - a master of miscommunication. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The other reviews are correct - they don't do fades because they don't know what fades are. Don't come here

Very easy to book online, and the place had a cool vibe. They took me in right on time and I got an excellent cut!

I like this barber shop a lot especially the convenience of how I can easily book my haircut appointment through the company's website or even possibly through mobile device apps because, unlike others, I can see from my end what are the available dates for me to come in and when to avoid them. When I used to get my haircut somewhere else, I had so much problem just to make an appointment, because every time when I had to book it, there was no other alternative choice but always asking them either over the phone or by sending a text message to find out which days they are not available and which days they are so that I could at least avoid coming in when they are either off or their schedule is fully booked. In this case, the booking time would take much longer due to their slow responsiveness, late replies, and lack of follow-ups.so the bottom line is although someone and set up an appointment. Although Floyd's might be a bit more expensive than the others, I think it's still worth it coming here to my haircut because instead of expecting someone to get back to me as early as possible, I'd rather say good bye to all the hassle that I never want to go through ever again and instead I will just continue getting my haircut at Floyd's where it became my one ad only reliable haircut barber shop. Lastly, I think I should mention about how awesome my hair stylist is. Thanks to you, Pablo! You got the skill man! That's why I also book my boy's appointment when I set up mine appointment. As of matter of fact, even my picky boy won't complain at all about his hair style and their customer service. AND OF COURSE, I'D NOT COME HERE IF MY WIFE EVER SAID SOMETING BAD ABOUT THE PLACE. Over all we are very happy and satisfied.
