Very good service, and Especially Cynthia, she does such a great job on my husband's haircut fantastic.

Cheyenne cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. The music is a bit loud, maybe turn down a bit, but other than that, the experience was terrific. I’m really satisfied with their service.

Took my 7yo here for the first time and it was the best experience. Cynthia really listened to what we were going for. He went in with long rocker hair and left with a cool surfer cut, exactly what we were going for. He loves it. Thanks again!

Angie did a great job, as always! She always does exactly what I ask and is so knowledgeable about hair types, styles, and what I need done. She is a great conversationalist - the only time I don't dread the small-talk is when I go get my bangs chopped by Angie. My hair feels great. I didn't wait long at all. I got exactly what I asked for.

I love the atmosphere and the service is always quick. The hairstylists are all friendly and do a great job.

I used to go to the Floyd’s in brea but I moved so the Tustin location is closer now. I was nervous at first trying out a new hairdresser bc I loved my last one. It turns out, I love this one even more than the last. Denay is super awesome and I feel very lucky to have found her. I have been in the painful process of growing out previously bleached hair (she did not do the bleaching to be clear, i just had my hair over processed in brea bc I wanted to go pink from dark brown) and she has been super helpful with really good tips and suggestions on products to help the growth. She has done a semi permanent color on me in the past that did not damage my hair. She did a cut for me today and I couldn’t be happier. Denay listened to my hair needs and we came up with a plan that works for me. I have mid length hair, and I highly suggest seeing her if you want a cut or a color. She does excellent work and she has a great personality!

I started taking my teenage son here a few months ago. The stylists are always really detailed and always very pleasant.

People were very nice. But everyone seemed rushed and missed some of the minor details when cutting my hair. It was very pricey for what I got. Not sure I will go back

Great aesthetic, quick walk-in and Jackie was great, walked me through the cut and left me happy with it. Had a great experience.

Got my appointments cancelled on twice since my last rating. 1st time was via phone call 2-3 mins prior to my appointment, while I was driving there; and 2nd time they didn't even bother to call me and i found out when i got there. Terrible.

I have been coming to Floyd's 99 for many years, and only because I have been following my stylist for 20+ years where ever he works. Times are tough, and I understand the difficulty in making a profit as I am a business owner in a similar industry. I will get to the point. A rushed $38 haircut plus a gratuity for a 20 minute appointment just does not work for me any more. Fortunately my stylist is skilled and conscientious. But rushing through a haircut and neck shave in 20 minutes seems reckless. There wasn't even enough time for an add on shampoo ($6) which I booked.and I was charged for it I just noticed on my receipt.
I believed that Floyds 99 was better than Sports Clips, Fantastic Sam's, and Great Clips.and I have weathered them all at some point. But I now feel the contrary. Floyd's 99 is not upholding the standard of quality it wants to present. I won't be returning.

Good babers and cuts, price creep is notable now. If my baber left, wouldn't continue here.

Clean shop. Welcoming staff. Got a trim from Monica she was dope. Super friendly and good listener. Going back regularly!

When I check-in or need to setup an appointment, Sam at the front desk is very personable & her customer service is stellar! And when it comes to getting a haircut, I can always count on a pro haircut from Cheyenne! Her fades are the best and she pays great attention to detail. I have been going to her for years & only get haircuts from her!
