Honestly I only gave it a neural 3 stars because it's the holiday season and I'm feeling kind. Close to $40 for just a buzz with the clippers. My second visit cost more for the same hair cut and we aren't talking a massage or hot towel. Avoid this hyped gimmick shop and find yourself a proper barber that actually appreciates your business.

I had such a great experience at an L. A.location, so I thought I'd give this San Diego location a try. I am severely disappointed. I had layers done, and they are so uneven. I hate it so much, I am literally taking kitchen scissors to my hair to try and fix/even it out. Sadly, I don't think I'd come back.

I’ve been getting my haircut here for several months and am very pleased. I highly recommend Jade. She takes such great pride in her work and is also full of great energy. Having tried quite a variety of barbershops and salons in my 6 years living here, I think this is one of the best cuts you can get at this price range.

I have gotten the best haircut I have ever had. The atmosphere is amazing and the style of the place is very comfortable. I had a great conversation with Jasmine while she was cutting my hair and went above and beyond to make me happy with my hairstyle. I would recommend this barbershop to anyone.

I've been to the Floyd's in Boston but this particular location is beyond rude. The hairstylist I received not only didn't provide me with the hair cut I asked for, but was also aggressive in the way she handled my hair and head the whole time. I wouldn't recommend it, and I certainly wouldn't go here again.

I flew in from New Jersey on a vacation with my wife and we needed to kill some time before our AirBnB was ready. So we decided to run some errands and get beautified! My wife decided to get a mani-pedi next door and I saw this hip-looking barber shop and gave it a go! Gina gave me a great cut with some travel and style tips along the way. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good cut and great style tips! I was also told they do coloring and more.

What a pleasant experience! This was my first time at Floyd's Barbershop. The haircut was great - but even greater was the pleasant atmosphere and tone set by Christina A. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend this gem in Hillcrest.

Hadn't gotten a haircut in a while, so I wanted to take off quite a bit of length. My stylist did what I asked when I said 'take this much off', and it came out looking great. Wife got a haircut at the same time that also came out looking great.

Id say poor customer service on this place. They do have professional hairstylist. But the lack of proper customer service portrays they don't care about keeping up with competition

Sabra hooked it up. Got beautiful color, cut was perfect then she was on point with styling it. Some people don't need details they just know.
