I do appreciate that floyds is located close to my house but the prices are always outrageous and the employees never seem to know where anything is if you ask.

An actual mom and pop shop. A real old fashion counter top general store. They have everything from bug screens to bug spray. Tools, ladders, bbqs, glass cut while you wait. They can order any part or variant of anything currently made for plumbing, roofing, tiling, just name it.
