This location not for providing good facility to driver
They know very well how to bother driver
Wait there for shower 50 min I was the only one and all shower was empty manager keep saying only one minutes and it took 50 min

This place is great, the shower was very clean and the worker Manuel was so polite and told my husband and I to have a nice shower and even told us to have a good night, you could tell he really cared and did a fantastic job. The cashiers were friendly here too and there was places to take our dog out without there being a bunch of stickers, we love this place and will definitely keep coming here, thank you!

Network communications is down for some unknown reason. You would expect for a large store like this to be running correctly.

Extremely racist staff Lisa. Black male & Muslim woman were at the front of the line & clerk Lisa called the Caucasian people at the back of the line to get helped first. Other customers spoke up about what she was doing and her response was, “I don’t care! ” Federal hate crimes will not be tolerated in this country. Will be escalated. Unreal!

Went to buy coffee. Was told I had to use self checkout. I am disabled and have to have assistance because i have to use a cane to walk. Still told I HAD to use self checkout. I physically cannot hold 2 coffees in a carrier, scan, pay and get my change using one hand. Ended up getting burned in the process. Not hapoy.

This location is very busy as free parking spaces. That is so, because there have more cars than trucks! Local drivers used that Pilot parking plaza as their own private parking. Why to pay to someone at least $300 per month, if that location doesn’t have a working management? Also, that 4 wheeler/ truck drivers, stoped on the middle of the plaza, just to do some maintenance on their trucks.

Plenty of pumps, never had to wait.
Always have snacks for the road.

Cleanliness for a truck stop is 11/10

Truck drivers living near flying j park their truck and leave for home or they drop the trailers in truck stop and leave for home with bobtail.

Older lady working tonight was pretending to use the restroom while she had a line and was unable to assist me at the register because she “didn’t know” because the self checkout wasn’t reading my card. I’ll be in tomorrow with a more trained and less disgruntled staff hopefully.

There’s a lot of traffic here but some how EVERY single time I come here and take a shower the towels are super super warm! It’s like someone actually took the the time to heat the towels while cleaning the shower and then stuck them in here… that means a lot! The food bar is packed with fresh cooked food, spotless inside and there’s a Wendy’s in here… and if you’re a trucker.you know NOT EVERY pilot has hot showers but here? Piping HOT! It’s the little things while being away from home that mean the most

Big Clean Parking lot & Clean/Big Showers (I had Shower #7). Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures, but its worth it. Hot water was constant so was the pressure.

Don't forget to run across the street to the Tandoori Flame. Super good. If you're white make sure you tell them you want it extra extra spicy lol. It was very good & cheap compared to how restaurants are nowadays.

Lazy staff here at night. Wendy's employees blocking drivers from getting to register to order. And cashier on flying j hang signs to use self check out. The price drivers are charged should be met by top notch customer service. Not put to work.

Pros: clean, a couple of food options.
Cons: they are going to self checkout only. Wendy’s doesn’t have the Dave’s soda flavors. Come on Wendy’s, get with the program, this is a fairly new store.
