Focil Construction Kitchen Showroom, Thousand Oaks CA

Thank you Focil Construction for a great experience for our kitchen and bathroom remodel. From inception through to the final inspection, everything was handled professionally, transparently and punctually. Having a design early on to help us visualize what the final product was awesome as we tend to need to see it on paper. Even though everything was documented for all the materials, Focil was nimble enough to accommodate changes. An example being a suggestion from Joseph to use quartzite backsplash rather than subway tile.

Friends and family all rave and sometimes we sit outside our patio just staring into our wonderful kitchen. Thank you Joseph, Stephanie, Catalina, Oren and Pepe.

I am blown away by how professional and responsive Focil Construction is. I only wish I knew about them sooner - I was working with another contractor who was horrible and I found Focil who took over some of the scope of my kitchen remodel and it was literally night and day the level of service I received once I started working with Focil. Catalina was so patient - her communication in getting her fabricator out quickly who did a fabulous job was exactly the stress free professionalism I needed. I completely trusted the fabricator who did a great job book matching too and installing. I will absolutely be using Focil going forward with other home renovations such as my master bathroom and will gladly reccomend them to friends and family. Focil is the real deal.

We thoroughly enjoyed our project with Joseph, Catalina, Stephanie and staff. We did a complete downstairs remodel, moving load bearing walls and changing doors/windows and a complete kitchen remodel. We couldn’t be happier with the entire project! Recently finished a kitchen renovation with Focil Construction and we couldn't be happier. The team put together a beautiful kitchen design, and once we gave the green light, the team set us up on their online portal so we could see a schedule of all the work to come. The project finished earlier than anticipated and stayed on budget, which were two very high priorities for us. Most importantly, the kitchen is beautiful. We are absolutely thrilled with the work!

Joseph and Team were amazing to work with. They are a full service design and construction company and we used every bit of their services. We were doing a full remodel of our downstairs which includes structural work and a total redesign of how we use and live in the space. We needed to gain storage and modernize the layout. He completed the job before the anticipated date even though we added to the scope of work. He also stayed within budget and the quoted amounts. We didn't always know exactly what we wanted and the team and designs (Stephanie Melendez designed the entire layout and provided great insight into what to purchase to keep to the design. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of what we needed.) were on point. All interactions were professional and thoughtful. Any issue that arose were quickly and efficiently dealt with and we were provided quality work. Oren the electrician performed quality work and provided insight for us to get the most out of our lighting and automate using the Lutron system. Catalina and the in-house fabrication team designed and built a great fireplace with surrounding cabinetry. We have received many compliments and would not hesitate to refer and use the Focil Team in the future.

Focil Construction recently completed a total kitchen renovation at our new home. Focil provided a team of top quality professionals for every phase of the project from design to completion. Our custom cabinets were beautifully crafted and finished and our project was carefully managed throughout the entire course. Communication was outstanding and any issues that arose were quickly and amicably resolved to our satisfaction. Our kitchen turned out wonderfully and we couldn’t be happier!

Focil Construction - Quality, Integrity, Capability, Consistency - After interviewing several contractors to do the remodel of our kitchen/family room, we chose Focil Construction. Unfortunately, we had little knowledge of design, style or even material choices, however, we learned that we had the full services of the Focil staff at our disposal. The first step was working with Ms. Stephanie, Interior Designer. We were afforded answers to our daily questions, always helpfully and as soon as we asked by whoever we asked.
The Focil Company consists of knowledgeable craftsmen and women, each with many years of experience. On time, professional, well dressed who did not stop until the job was done. Joseph checked daily on each part of the project; he made sure all details were done to his precise specification.
