Needed a vision exam on short notice for a new hire position. Dr. Ulseth was quick, accurate, professional and very accomodating when requested to fill out additional occupational health related forms.

Both onsite doctors acted extremely unprofessional and impatient. One rushed up the examination in less than 10 minutes, refused to answer a basic question about vision changes, and gave an incorrect prescription so I had to re-order second pair of glasses. Another doctor refused to acknowledge the mistake by noting that "customer complain the excessive tilting for reading" when the fact it was caused by the incorrect prescription. Again and no surprise, the second examination was incorrect by omitted Cyl/Oxis information! I had to call tje Costco Optics to hold order.wish I can file a former complain in Costco other the review here. Yet, excellent services from the office assistants.

My son and I had appointments today and “Dr. ” Daniel Ulseth was being passive aggressive with both of us, about his views about COVID during our exams. We didn’t want to talk about COVID, we just wanted our exams. I didn’t pay to have an angry, coward harass us and ask personal questions that are absolutely none of his business. VERY insulting AND unprofessional. Maybe it’s time to find new work if you hate your job Daniel. Next time we will give the owner a try, as her reviews seem very good.

Quality location and service as long as you do NOT schedule with Dr. Daniel Ulseth. He is very impatient and has rushed me out of the exam room each time I've had an appointment with him, and last time he gave me the wrong prescription so now I have to reschedule to get the right one all because he didn't take the time to address all my concerns.
