Great great food and nice view of the San Francisco harbor. Service is good. Highly recommend it.

Very good plates we got here, really surprised, the same as my family. Nice place to enjoy seafood. Amazing place, great views of the Golden Gate, Pier 39 and Alcatraz. Customer service is also great, the service is really fast, there was almost no waiting time. Highly recommended.

This place is really nice! You can get a view by the water and have a nice dinner. I highly recommend the Cioppino and Red Chilli Garlic Shrimp! The broth of the garlic shrimp is so delicious! They do require vaccination records.

Go for the clam chowder in a sourdough bread bowl. Absolutely fantastic and quite reasonably priced too. Nice ambience and staff too. If they are swamped, consider the bar counter. Very enjoyable spot and you probably won't have to wait much (if at all). Highly recommended if you're looking for a decent place on Fisherman's Wharf.

BTW, you have to up the stairs to get there. We almost went to a different restaurant underneath them. Not the same!

Hands down the best place for a great meal on the pier! Jimmy was so personable and was able to make great recommendations. Took my mom in law out for a nice dinner and she was tickled! Thanks for the great food and service! Will come back for sure!

As expected at a restaurant located by the pier in San Francisco, this restaurant boasted an expensive menu. I assumed the prices equated to the quality of food. I was excited to try the fresh fish and chips, however the overall dish was a pretty big let down. The fish was seasoned and fried pretty decently, but the bed of fries were cold and soggy with too much heavy salting. The cole slaw was also too bitter and not flavorful; it did not compliment the cod at all. My Lipstick Lemondrop cocktail (not pictured) was not tasty in the slightest and had way too much liquor mixed in for my liking. I felt like I was drinking one of my cheap mixed drinks back at college.

The clam chowder was pretty rich and creamy though, with lots of deep clam flavor. Award winning for sure! Unfortunately, it felt like the sourdough bread bowl it was served in was an afterthought. There definitely wasn't as much craft put into the bread as Boudin Cafe.

Overall, it was a subpar experience and I most likely will not be returning again.

I love Fog Harbor! The food is awesome but unfortunalty the wharf has gone down hill. Bums are everywhere & you see them outside the restaurants and sometimes you can see them take a dump while you're eating. Overall I wouldn't go to the wharf again. Not safe

The food is amazing and our server Alannah is very attentive. We ate here 2 days in a row. The steak is cooked to perfection and the drinks are refreshing. Great service

Good service and good food, but not as amazing as I thought it should be based on the high rating!

The location of the restaurant and the service is good but the reason of this one star review is the quality of the food.
Being an European the size of the dishes are way to big.
I ordered the lobster tail and everything was way to greasy….
Maybe its me or that we are not used to eat seafood in this way but I wouldn’t repeat.

My husband and I went to Fog Harbor for thanksgiving and I must say, Everything was delicious. Our server, Bo was the sweetest person we met in SF during our trip. I almost asked for her number so we could hangout lol. We came from LA, so we are so used to fake people but Bo was a really genuine person and I will always go back to that restaurant just for Bo, and the food too lol. The food was so good, we ordered more to take back to the hotel

The food was amazing along with a great bottle of wine. Our waiter Shawn was very accommodating and friendly. Shawn great job! We would recommend.
