**UPDATE** Customer service replied to this review within a day saying to reach out regarding my experience so I did. No response for a week now… very disappointed ***This experience was very underwhelming. For the price you pay and the location I mean I at least expected decent service but it was horrible. Our server and anyone who came to the table made us feel so awkward and uncomfortable and we felt like we were asking to much if we needed a straw. And the the food was not satisfying either. Disappointed

We had an amazing experience here. Celebrated our engagement with our family and friends. The food was excellent. My fiancé is Brazilian, and this was the best Brazilian steak house we’ve been to in the states. Eder took amazing care of us and made sure it was a very special meal. Thanks Eder. I would highly recommended.

Had a good experience and the meats + desserts were amazing. We had Anna as our server and she was super helpful and very nice.

It was my Boss’s birthday choice not a place I’d ever choose. We have one at home and I’ve never wanted to experience this disaster. The best item on the menu for me was the soup and the dessert. All of the meat they brought I could only eat off the edges because it was raw and not to my specifications. Everything was flavored with garlic like it was the only seasoning they had. Glad its over and I won’t ever have to do it again!

Excellent service and great food. Expensive but well worth it. Perfect spot for any celebrations.

Dined solo on a Wednesday night. I was treated well and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Perhaps even a bit too much!

Great salad bar set up. Our first time here. Service was wonderful. Greeted straightaway once we entered. Wait staff was friendly and kept an eye on us for we were seated outside on the Patio. Had the 12 meat experience. It will get you full, we were by the 10th. Great experience over all.

Excellent place to get different types of steaks. Very nice staff. Camila and Danelis did a beautiful job and make us feel like in home. I recommend this restaurant 100%. One of the best in town!

Wow! Just had the most amazing experience here tonight! Our server Willian took such great care of us. He was so friendly and attentive. We had the seafood tower and Wagu New York strip served on a sizzling Himalayan salt board. It was my birthday and they went out of their way to celebrate me with a special birthday flan. We talked and laughed with the staff and servers and Romulo the manager came by our table a few times just to make sure we were taken care of and happy. I will definitely come back to this restaurant for both the food and the amazing service.

Took my best friend here for her birthday. She loved it! Everything was delicious. Definitely try the baked cheese and honey. Staff was helpful and kind, especially our waiter, Ulises. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

I used to LOVE Fogo. However, the last couple of times have been disappointing. Meat selection was minimal.but the price is the same‍️. Also, they put you in this one area in the restaurant that is the farthest distance from the food. ‍️ Loved the mashed potatoes tho!

I think I am good on this spot for awhile.

Amazing food but the best part of the experience was my man Ulises V literally the best waiter I've ever had. He's a stud and deserves a raise

I have been here multiple times since I moved in SF in 2016, and the place is definitely worth it!

Really good food, meat is obviously the best part, but even vegetarian friends could enjoy their salad bar huge variety! One could literally get full just with that.

Service is great, they pay attention to all the details. From food to drinks and anything else you may need.

Finally, we recently lost a bag there and the staff was great in helping locating it and return it. Thanks again for that!

Our waiter Urises, V did an amazing job with the table! He handled all of our complicated and plentiful requests with ease! He gave great recommendations and the food was amazing! If you’re in the area and love meet, you have to come here and request him specifically!
