I was really excited about the 2017 Ford Edge SEL that I bought. It was used but in really great condition and I thought I got a decent deal on it and was happy. It has been about three weeks since I bought it, 2 days after I bought it I noticed a faint cigarette smell in the vehicle (which was the first time me or my wife smelled it). I came out to the car later that day after it was setting in the Sun and it REAKED of cigarette smoke. I got some stuff that is supposed to deal with cigarette smoke and I was spraying it under the carpet and found a used car fogger under the front seat. Which means the dealership new the car had that issue and covered it up. I have spent about $300 trying to get rid of the smell including a professional and it is still there. Apparently this car's one owner was a chain smoker and would smoke with car closed up. It really pisses me off they tried to hide it. I unfortunately expected more from a major dealership. My bad.

My wife hates driving in my car with me as it gives her a headache and this is the family car. The entire experience has been a nightmare. I will not go back to this dealer ship.

Took my 2016 Gt350 in 2 times. First time they missed the problem. Second time they put a nice little dent in my hood. The problem seems to be fixed now. I really wish they didnt dent my hood. Reach out to me folsom and we can chat about it.

We called about a truck we’d seen on line and spoke to Chris “with red hair”. He got all the information together and arranged a time/day for us to drive out from Yuba City. Chris was awesome from the first phone call until the deal was done. He is very knowledgeable and didn’t promise things he couldn’t deliver on. The experience as a whole was great. Everyone we came into contact with were great. It was one of the best car buying experiences we’ve had! We will definitely be back in the future.

This is a really nice Ford store and the sales people are not too aggressive and they will show you just about anything you ask them. This is where I'm going to my my next Ford providing I get a super discount on it.

Terrible experience. Supervisor was a jerk. Overpriced vehicle. They say a third party priced the vehicle which is entirely possible. What they don't say is that the third party was hired by them! Not exactly a impartial third party.
