Their service department is the fastest for booking in the region and their turnaround time on the day of my recall service was only a couple hours. They are fast and efficient compared to other locations and dealers.
The dealer is renovating and except for a wrong turn, after that it was easy. They have gone to great lengths to make your visit and process through your car service as simple as possible, during this time thank you! The service advisor Jett was knowledgeable and he listened to me. The service technicians are so awesome I have so far not had any problems with my car service and I have been going here to Hyundai Folsom since I bought my car in 2013, I love my car and take care of it, thanks to the service technicians.
Bought a used car and had a great experience with the team at Folsom Lake Hyundai. The sales rep Nic was fantastic and everyone on the team helped make the purchase a smooth process.
Since under construction, the sales office in a temporary trailer. Finally found parking and the trailer. A young man asked how to help; mentioned Palisade. Stated only had one, and he did not appear interested in selling cars. He walked away several times, and we wondered if he would be back. At the very end, he mentioned they had more on some other lot, but did not go into detail knowing which trim package I wanted. I turned around to ask another question, and he was gone. If the vehicle you want is in high demand, it seems they want you to beg for the car, and pay a premium.
4 stars because I had to postpone the job-inner boots-and when I did make the appointment, I did tell them what the appointment was for. On arrival, they did not have the parts. I then purchased the parts to be ordered. They did get me in quickly when the parts arrived, no problems there.
Was very pleased with my recent visit and the problem was solved.
Jet Veulvulavong is an outstanding service advisor. He was very patient and understanding while my disabled car was at Hyundai.
This dealership is a joke they had my car for 2mths Now it's ready and they Lost the insurance checks that were issued to them And refuse to release my vehicle for their mistake! Pedro Espinoza is using his position to keep my car because of his lack of professionalism and lack of being a stand up man This dealership is petty and unprofessional Spoke with the "GM" Drew Taylor and he advised me that Pedro Espinoza is his own boss and there's no one above him! What a joke! Complaints to the state have been reported
My service rep Mark was extremely nice and very helpful. I ask him how long would it take for the service of my Hyundai and he said about two hours and it was less than two hours. Plus he has great customer service skills. Plus he didn’t try and sell me anything but service my car so that being said I’m gonna have some things done and will be asking for him for assistance. Thank you Mark for your professionalism.

Mark has been one of the most pleasurable experiences at this a Hyundai. He was in contact with me throughout this whole process. He even finished my car much sooner than anticipated! The price was unexpectedly higher than anticipated but these days what isn’t. Mark made this particular experience with Hyundai better than what I have dealt with in the past.
