Always very friendly staff. They even offered a ride home. Any concerns or hesitation Ryan was always on top to assure I was comfortable with the repair and maintenance of my vehicle.

Been there a few times but today was the last straw. Terrible services, no one ever smiles at you, employees attitudes and the way they carry themselves is not professional and I was in customer service for 21 years. Went there today just to see what’s going on with my jeep and they make you wait in line even though you got here before other people but your last to get set and when they do ask you it seems like they don’t want your business? They wanted me to wait a week just to diagnose my car? A WEEK! And they don’t offer loaners or rental and employees seem like he didn’t care. Plus they didn’t even look busy! I’ve gotten great service at Moss Bros in San Bernardino it’s a bit always but they at try to get your car back ASAP. Also won’t take them a week just to diagnose the car.
