The store is always stocked, organized and clean. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. I live near the other Food Max in Concord but prefer to drive the extra miles for the quality and service of the Dianda Plaza location. I’ll get photo’s next time.

Best prices in Concord. Staff always friendly and helpful. Their bakery items are very good. I can usually find everything I need. Gets very busy sometimes and then they could use more checkers.
Bathroom is always clean and well stocked.
I do wish people would stop stealing the electric carts. I depend on them so I can shop and they are not cheap to replace.

Good store, long lines. Specifically today on a Saturday at 4pm. Only two lines open. I specifically hate long lines and waiting.

Most recent visit confirms they don't have enough checkers on staff any day at any time. This is not a quick stop, be ready to wait in line to check out.

You need more checkers on a Sunday afternoon! ’ Forty people waiting for 3 checkers is ridiculous.

This place is constantly a check out nightmare. They are religiously understaffed and you can expect extremely long lines. If I were the store manager, I'd honestly be embarrassed, as this place is not run properly. If you can't find and retain employees, open up self checkout stands so we all can do your job for you

Please stock frozen acai packets, Fage 5% yogurt and my shopping needs would be satisfied completely!
