Horrible store manager and staff. They are willing to lie and cost a man his job. The receiver is a lazy woman with a horrible attitude. The store manager condones her behavior and they both cost companies money when they refuse to do their job because they want to go home early on a friday. They are willing to collaborate a lie in order to get away with their action. Corporate and the. California labor commission will be getting a call from this driver.

Food Max is close by our Mobile Home Park - Sandev and it has great prices and helpers are kind and helpful. *

This store is ripping off people. Please check the receipt, they charge you more than you buy. Specially quantities. It happen few times with me. First i thought it was mistake by staff but I feel like it was more intentional, so better compare the quantity they charge on receipt.good luck

Foodmax has great prices on meat and prepared foods. The parking is good, with ramps for carts. I also love their vegatables, they are nice and fresh.

It was busy but produce should be handled better as many produce items were put out in boxes of ice and mashed down like the cilantro was wilted. The fruits and vegetables should always be and look fresh. Some cleaning supplies and wool scrubbers and gloves were separated in two different aisles making it a little hard to find scrubbing wool for the kitchen. There wasn't a wide variety of Mexican food stock from sauces on.

Everything else was fine and the checkstands went really quick.

Located in the Greenhouse shopping center.shops include: Joann's Fabric, Laundry World, 99 Cent Store, Safeway, Macdonalds, Jack in the box, Cigerette Max, Goodwill and many other shopping stores.

Fair prices somethings I can get cheaper some other place, like milk. Like getting my food at this place.

It's value shopping and little more.the overall experience at this store has declined and shopping here now needs to be justified in terms of how much time one has.management is largely to blame for ongoing problems like checkout speed (very slow) and customer service on the floor (nearly nonexistent), but the store remains well stocked and mostly clean.don't come here unless you have time to spare

Extremely bad customer service
I had never met such a rude store manager before. Talked bad to customer and still saying that “I know you had a bad day. I know. ”

A good general grocery store. Decent pricing. Free parking, handicapped accessible. California check cashing kiosk, Coinstar, Redbox, dry ice and bagged ice, lottery.

They always hage everything I need. The only down fall is the lines are always long. Cashiers dro a great job tho

The prices are cheap, fruits and vegetables are fresh, small selection of organic. But the customer service is terrible. The cashier at 4 (I believe) refused to sell alcohol, since my id was from another state, I had to call the manager and solve this issue. The cashier was rude, disrespectful. If you want to spoil your mood for the rest of the day, then this is the place for you.

The customer service is good, but the lines are so long sometimes, and seems the cashiers are slow.and not alot of open register when it gets busy.also there alot of homeless drunks and druggies hanging out in front of the store, that the biggest issue to this store, sometimes they even give staff a hard time.

Its a ok store sometimes they dont have everything i be shopping for.and sometimes when they have sells and they have made mistakes on their ads and you bring in the Ad they wont honor the sell items. I have also bought milk here on a couple of occasions that has curd faster than the experation date so i dont bother with buying milk here anymore.i also have witness mice roaming around before by the soda machines outside the doors of this store.

When u need bulk or huge savings on food. Booze. Cleaners: Bleach, wipes, pine sol, and household items. Just go before 3pm. Lots of parking and nice staff.

Shop here all the time. This Food Maxx is a family friendly store. They always ask how you doing, really mean it.

One of the better Foodmaxx chains. I hadn't been to this store in years but this store has always been consistent better than both Oakland stores.

Brought a bottle of alcohol it broke in the store and they made me rebuy it instead of replacing it so wrong.

My go to spot when I have to go to a picnic or party in the area.always have something good as soon a you walk in the Store.

Products cheaper than most. Produce cheap but not always perfect. Veggies fresh. Not a lot of organic choices. Meat cheap. Dairy cheap. Good choices great for family shopping.
