Grocery Store Foodsco reviews
22The place is a mess. Cashiers take forever to help customers, customers take forever to pay, and leading to slow checkout. Despite their policy of mandatory masks, neither customers nor employees wear them.
The customer service was great by the cashiers. They had some great meats. All over the store was stock.
Always find what I need. It may not be the specific brand, but the alternatives are also good. Have only encountered friendly and courteous staff. Plenty of parking and shopping carts. Supporting local businesses is important. Without support, they usually go away.
They are thief’s. They charged my mom for extra. Way extra. There was 10 items on my recipient that was charged that we didn’t even purchase or bring home. My mom was rushed out of the store as well. She barely has enough to support her children. They got over on her with her ebt. It’s really disrespectful and despicable. I tried calling but got no answer! I will follow up on this and will hope to speak with someone soon! I even got a video on what my mom brought home and what it showed on the receipt. These aren’t times to try to get the extra buck! This is a badly ran institution and I would like this to be made right.
I was completing a shopping order for someone else and I cannot believe I drove over 40 minutes to get there and was treated so poorly. The store is dirty, rude manager, security guard and store clerk. I was treated nice at first by the gentleman that gathers the carts but everyone else sucked. We all have to have a little more patience with each other during this difficult time.
Have been a regular here since it opened. Their rotisserie chicken is probably the best I've ever had. The sides are amazing too - especially the butternut squash and the mac and cheese. The employees are always friendly and the wait times for food have gone down significantly since they first opened.
Place is rude and did not even help a women today that accidentally tipped her cart and all her groceries fell on the floor. I helped the young women and got all her stuff for her and cleaned up all the mess as well
Came in here a couple days ago. Please avoid shopping in this store at all cost. The manager (Some old white dude) is useless when it comes to anything like sales or help.
4 weeks ago one of your security guards intimidated Me by having a gun on him he came up in my face and told me he would see me outside because I made a remark asking why are you following me around the store he got a little upset with the my remark and told me to come outside then he flinched at me but I didn't move I felt very intimidated he's the tall Afro American security guard you have working there he needs to be reprimanded I refuse to come to the store there can I have a response
I'm not going back to Foodsco on Williams unless l don't have a choice. I experienced big rats running across the ailse of the store. It scared me l was shaken for a while. It made me think rats are all over the groceries in the store. These weren't mice they were rats l had to leave. If they come out during the day my goodness l don't want to think about it at night when the store is closed. Sorry but l'm not going back to Williams street Foodsco.
It's was crowded but the line move fast I like you because they aren't you have a good deals and fresh cool my visit there was great
There were no shopping carts near the entrance. My husband had to walk a quarter of a mile to get to the carts that were at the end of the parking lot. No good for those living in the community. I can always drive to another store but the elderly who live in the community might not have the same option.
The worst I would rather go to the corner store! They have armed guards and a line as long as Costco to get out of there! Don't risk your life!
There are very little organic products. Definitely not an organic-focused supermarket.
Service was not good. Can’t find a person to help me when I wanted to get the meat which ran out.
Everything you need at a cheaper price. Just look at the ingredients on everything you buy there because some stuff has high fructose corn syrup. The first 3 ingredients are what the product has the most of!
Great place to buy groceries in bulk. The sister store like Costco, but located close to the neighborhood. Had too much to carry to get the photo.
Good general shopping on the S. Side of 3rd St. Backup plan if I missed Duc Loi or Gross Out, M. O. M's for specialty fish/poultry plus all the shirp chips you can handle. =^
Workers are nice, very close to ghetto area. You have "people" that feel they are entitled and act like all should bow down to them. I mean these "people" are paying with food stamps and still act like they are owed. Sorry for this comment but tired of these disrespectful uneducated "people".
Super cool grocery store! It’s cheap. And, they have croger products. I really looking for that. It’s similar to Walmart!
Good place to get meat/chicken when on sale. Other grocery items are hit or miss - as always you have to know the normal prices of items to figure out the best deals.
