The lady at front desk is terrible. She asked me for a compulsory $10 tip which is very very unethical to ask for tip from customer the amount as much as they ask for.
She told me you can’t give tip less than $10. That’s awful.

Walked in without appointment @3: 30pm on Tuesday. I purchased the 30 minute full body for $40. The masseuse was polite and kind. The massage was very good so I had a good experience. It included hot stone which I did not expect but it felt good. I can’t imagine being a masseuse is easy work but the service was good and I appreciate their work. I will comeback soon, when I want to treat myself again.

Great staff have had 6 different people with visits, and all of them have been fantastic!

The only downside is if you get the person responsible for the phone, you will get a short disruption or two. None of the disruptions were long or bothersome though.

My mom and I went and got massages here. The lady added a 44 tip without consent.which is theft. Do not go here, if you do make sure you check your bank cause they add money after you leave.

We've been going there for years when we visit family in Folsom. They consistently do an awesome job in a calming environment.

My husband and I just had massages on the newest cruise ship on the Atlantic Ocean going to Eastern Caribbean and their massages don’t even come close to the excellence of Reflexology! They definitely set the standard.

5 stars all the way! Just what I was looking for and needed! Excited to find this place and will make it a monthly routine! FANTASTIC!

Sometimes get a masseur that knows How to do a good job. But generally good!

Oh my gosh.we gave a 10 dollar tip for each me and my husband for a $70 service each.and the owner who sits in the front told me that the tip is 15%. Why did u give less.and I was jaw struck.how can someone ask for a tip by themselves. I thought a $10 tip was good enuf. I never write reviews but this this too much

Lady was incredibly rude in the front. I had given a tip of 7 Dollars but then she just rounded up my tip to 10 dollars and told me to give more. This is incredibly unprofessional behavior and it should be up to me how much I want to give as a tip.

I had several very terrible experiences that the counter pushed me to pay additional tips regardless of the quality of the service.
Never gonna come to this shop with bad customers satisfaction attitudes

I’ve been here several times and even taken family members with me, it’s always been a great experience.

This was not a very good massage. I have not had a masseuse put a towel over me before & then give the massage through the towel. Didn’t speak English didn’t help. Not going back.

Pricing is different online (one hour foot refloxology is $25 online and $40 in store). They also have yelp $20 deal, which they won't honor. They keep it there to lure customers. Bait and switch.
I requested the lady in the front desk that my shoulder is still hurting and i would like to extend my 60 minutes to a 90minute (30min - $30,60min-$40,90 minutes- $55). She wanted to reset the time and charge me $30. And she was unprofessional and not polite to talk with.
