So impressed and grateful to Jim. My son plays basketball and is always complaining about his heels. Jim understands the mechanics of the foot better than some orthopedists. He has an engineering background, is very cerebral, and wants everyone to have a better outcome.

The owner is a foot guru. He knows everything about arches, toe issues and is quick with advice and/or a resolution.

Unreal knowledge from Jim. I was actually at REI to get insoles and 3 people around me instantly said go to Jim and even doctors recommend people to him. I left with the new insoles and more knowledge on shoes, stability etc to help me with my rehab of my knee. So very greatfull for his help and time with me.

Been coming here for years. Stopped buying orthotics from podiatrist and only go here. Much better results! Owner is extremely knowledgeable and nice. Spends all the time you need to get the fit right.
