6When you least expect a shoe that you didn't think was there it's in there somewhere it'll find you if you meant to wear it and have it
Wonderful customer service all the staff! Malique T.service was Exceptional
Called to see if they’re open to make sure it’s open because it says it closes at 7pm but they answered and said it was closed and it’s berly 4pm
I bought my Nike shoes there. They were comfortable and the employees were helpful.
So very disappointed. Went in there to buy 3 pairs of Jordan's, had absolutely no one say hello or approach me, even though I had one pair of the Jordan's I wanted in my hands and was trying to let the staff know I wanted them. The staff were too busy talking between themselves and what they were going to do on the weekend to worry about serving customers. Walked between the 2 stores (House of Hoops / Foot Locker), still got no service from anyone even though the shop was empty (except for one small family). Decided to walk out of the store and was on my phone to my girlfriend when she said "just go back in and get them". So I decided to go back in and see if someone wanted to serve me. At this point the exact same thing occurred again, staff member takes no notice even though I now grab the shoe and continue to look straight at them with it in my hands. Staff member walks off between the two stores and disappears. Finally the staff member behind the counter ask would I like to try it on. No I just want to buy it, so he gets me my size and decided to take the one pair and not worry about the other two pairs. Almost appears as if it is racism as its best, as I notice that they were quick to serve blacks but not white people? Maybe I didn't have the "right look"? Never have I experienced such poor behaviour towards a customer, other than the shoe store (Footaction) in the same centre on ground floor of which I didn't buy shoes from them either due to "no service". Once again quick to serve blacks or at least say hello, but not white people? What are we in the 70's? Very disappointing!
