People were looking for certain shoes & they found what they were looking for. The Cashier was Very Polite & their Store was Spotless Clean.

(Online order:) Searched every place i used to like big5, kholes and other stores associated with nike but couldn't find them seems like They are loosing alot of retail shelf space so i had to use some old gift cards from past birthdays, but they work luck me. Well selection was limited i found the right ones to my style and fit. Even though packaging was wack. If it was a handle with care package this would have been a disaster not even a moist absorber. But my box open nearly missed my shoes but my confirmation was not lucky. What if i needed to return this parcel the paper is destroyed. Need better shipping packaging workers. I worked packaging and its not hrd nor easy but comes down to if the individuals care about there job not so much about someones else package. Its like anyone can make a sandwich, but its the ones that wash their hand cover their mouths when they cough and use simple please and thank you or a simple hello. Are the ones that i feel confident in doing a job in hand. Most companys are just packaging and shipping in the US no reson to mess up a product already created by another country or facility

Their staff was very nice and their store was clean. They had amazing back to school sales!

Worst possible experience, I was supposed to get a refund for an online return. Apparently, I was given a gift card along with the return receipt at this store.

After visiting the store 3 different time and calling the customer service 5 times, they keep pointing at each other and no one is interested in solving my problem.

Stay away from this store, very frustrating experience.

Took my grandkids in for school shoes and found the staff to be helpful and friendly, making suggestions of other shoes in place of some that weren't available. There was none of the "sorry we don't have that" then disappear we found in other stores. We left with bags of new shoes and happy kids. And their pricing was a bit lower for the same shoe at other stores. Definitely going back.

I had $96 on a gift card That The online store will not let meRedeem, So that was my reason for calling me 800 number. Upon checking out my $96 mysteriously disappeared. They offered the return of my money on a gift card witch i excepted on a gift card & i was tols i would get in within 5 to 7 days which passed and now I keep getting the runaround About the returning my money. Which should not have been taken From my card in the first place If the order did not go through.

Great place to shop. They will always have something new and trendy available. Items are way better than other stores. All the staff members are very nice. Sam is very nice (and cute).
