I wanted to go in yesterday without knowing they close at 8pm since the mall closes at 9.bu this light skin girl w curly hair was really rude about the store being closed like all she could’ve said was they’re close but as I was waking away she gave me a peace sign and said “byee” and started laughing.what kind of customer service is that?

I had a good experience at this Foot Locker. Arrived 1: 55 pm on 6/19/23 & spent about 45 minutes here because I was indecisive on what shoes to buy. The girl associate assisting me was very sweet & I’m thankful she did not get annoyed when I kept asking her for different sizes in multiple shoes. Cashiers were very friendly too! 5/5 customer service.

All that aside, the aforementioned store does sell stylish sneakers despite the name attempting to throw you off.

Closed at 8 PM PST today. Showed up at 8: 18 PM and they had locked the doors. Listed times for closing are 9 PM.

I came in here today. Some of the BEST customer service from Berekley and Jacky. Berkeley found me an amazing deal on Nike's and Jacky was really friendly and polite at the check out.
If I lived here, I'd come back to this store all the time.

Super. Friendly staff, clean, lots of shoes, definitely one of the nicer foot lockers I been to

Straight trash customer service. The two employees that were there on 1/1/23 45 minutes before closing had footlocker miss out on a guaranteed sale. I’m standing in there and I pick up a shoe, one guy walks less than two feet from me without even acknowledging I’m standing there holding a shoe. As I picked up the shoe and started my sentence they both (standing less than five feet from me) helped the same customer. I put the Airmax 90’s down and walked out. I won’t be going to this establishment again. Customer service was absolutely egregious!
