I left a voicemail on Saturday that I needed to cancel and reschedule my appointment for this upcoming Monday. I was out of the state and I was worried that the hurricane hitting souther California would interfere with my flight, and thank goodness I did because my flight for Sunday was cancelled. I get a phone call from the dermatologist office Monday morning saying they apologize for missing my phone call, and how they can assist me. So already I know, they didn’t bother to listen to their voicemails. Which I know sounds trivial, but it comes across as disorganized. The male office assistant for that short phone call seemed nonchalant and didn’t care about his job. I had to ask him to reschedule my appointment…. He was ready to hang up on me once I mentioned I couldn’t make it and I’m assuming make his next patient call of the day. I tried to reschedule 2x different times but he legit acted like I was pulling teeth and trying to assist me was to much for him. I’ve spoken to other staff members at the office before and did not have this issue, they were all pleasant and kind. But, my experience, no matter how short it was made me not want to continue with this business.

It was a difficult to find once I arrived to the address. I specifically asked to see a doctor when I made the appointment, not a PA. Some how I saw a PA. The PA kept a distance away from me during the appointment looking at the area I had the problem like she was peeking over the top of a wall from a distance. It was uncomfortable. She did give me a prescription and asked me to return in six weeks. The front desk personnel were nice and helpful.

I went in for skin tags removal. Everyone was professional and pleasant. The doctor was very gentle and made sure I felt no pain. Thank you Foothill Dermatology Medical Center.

Very friendly and professional staff. I had some spots removed and they made sure it was pain free.

They don't care about the patients. I have been getting an infection for a couple of months and finally it started to go away, but I was told by the doctor that if it flared again to come back to get a tissue sample. It just started to come back, so I called to make an appointment and the only appointment available that they could give me was in 4 weeks. I told them that by that time it might go away and that the infection was on my face, but they didn't care. So disappointed for having wasted my time here.

I am very happy with the care I have received at Dr Sidhu’s office. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

THEIR EFFICIENCY, GREAT TREATMENT AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, WAS A TOUCH OF FRESH AIR, IN A WORLD WHERE CUSTOMER'S SERVICE IS NOW, HARD TO FIND.
I WAS WORRY ABOUT THE OUTCOME OF MY DIAGNOSIS, BUT DR. SIDHU'S ASSISTANT MADE IT
VERY EASY TO UNDERSTAND WITH HER GREAT ATTITUDE.
OVERALL, THIS HAS BEEN A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR ME.
I AM GLAD I CAME TO THIS OFFICE!

They do not answer the phones and call waiting automatically hangs up on you. The automation refers you to text "for your convenience" and no one answers text appointment questions either. Bad customer service, Loosing potential patients.
