Everytime I call, they answer promptly and are courteous. They even follow up with a phone call to make sure things got handled. Thank you LAPD for doing your best on such a huge precinct! Too bad it isn't divided up into smaller districts so that you can allocate more resources.
The police of this division are very disrespectful and very inappropriate and wasn’t doing there job right. When I asked for there bandage number they woomsny give it to me right away and then I know my right so I finally was able to get it. They want to refuse that. I also had to ask for the chief number because they didn’t want to give it to me at all I am even had to record the hole conversation bevaue they were being very dirty cops. I’m going to sew both of them bevaue what they did to me
Officer Hale (female) is rude an uncaring. It should not be a PD officer. Wrong carreer for this woman.
I love LAPD it is the best police department. The officers do their best to provide excellent service. They deserve 5 diamonds.
The LAPD Foothill Police department does NOT "protect and serve". In fact, it is nearly impossible to even get them on the phone to file a police report. When I finally got through to them (after trying for 55 minutes), they clearly didn't care about the potentially dangerous situation that I was attempting to report. In short, the LAPD seems tired. They seem burned out on their jobs, they seem to have little interest in protecting the welfare of the citizens, and they seem inconvenienced when they are needed to enforce the laws of Los Angeles.
My advice would be, "if you live in Los Angeles, learn to protect yourself". If your life is on the line, the LAPD won't be there to help you.
Finally, a message to the LAPD: Don't expect the citizens to respect and appreciate LAPD officers, when the LAPD officers show no genuine desire to protect the public. If your heart isn't in it, and you just show up to collect a paycheck, the citizens of Los Angeles will never appreciate you.
