I felt like a neglected prisoner after 48 hrs of seeing no doctor. Two days before he told me I would be going home following day. 2days pass, no dr. Nobody can reach him. I was told he would be written up. That absolutely did not solve my problem. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. This was the worst of it. I could go on and on about other things that were very bad too

Denise was a horrible nurse. She blew my vein and pushed fluids for the entire day subq. Never checked it even when I told her something wasn’t right. She took 5 hours to do my discharge papers. Didn’t give me meds to leave with even though I requested them soo I suffered 2 hours during the drive home. That was the worst day. She was horrible. I had to ask the other nurse to get her several times and she never showed up.

Recovery was quite an eye opener between the nurses. I witnessed 2-3 nurses aggressively attack my nurse verbally.not only did this make me feel uncomfortable, but embarrassed for my nurse. The profanity I witnessed in a hospital was shocking- bedside out the window.
One exception, my discharge nurse, apologizing the whole way to my car for what had happened. I’m not one to usually leave a review or comment.

Great experience from start to finish. Nurses took good care of me. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I have get here at 12: 00 pm and I 4: 59 pm and all I have done is blood pressure an a CT scan all this in 15 hour.

I Got Gastric Sleeve done on 2/8. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. My day and night nurse went about and beyond on making sure I was okay.

The only problem was I should have been sent home with my pain meds but wasn’t. This caused a lot of unnecessary pain and suffering during recovery. Had to go to PCP to get prescription for pain meds refilled.

Horrible staff. My dad had colonoscopy appt scheduled at 8 AM and it is 11: 42 AM right now. He has not being called in yet. No one gives any explanation of why the wait is so long. My dad called me and asked me to speak with the staff to see why he has not being called in yet. The front staff does not bother apologizing and straight up giving me attitude. We booked this appt 3 months ago just so we can have early time and now my dad has to wait until 12 PM with empty stomach since yesterday. Way to go for promoting colon cancer screening with this type of service and atttitude. Never coming back here again

Very clean staff is organized great team work.a short wait for ER it is a small hospital. I arrived in pain and left feeling much better with test result. I would use this hospital again.

I had a really good experience recently at this hospital. From the time I entered: the man at the front desk, the man in intake, the covid-test nurse, the male nurse in the prep room, nurse Sophia from respiratory, Dr. Riff, nurse Aura, Dr. Addo (who eased my fears), the nurse in recovery, nurse Mayra who wheeled me out, the next day follow-up call, to Dr. Riff's result's call; everyone was so nice and comforting. And I appreciate it so very much. Also, the colonoscopy procedure was painless, for which I am very grateful. I highly recommend this hospital and the great staff.

The tempature need to be fixed. People complained about being too cold or too hot and also when you call for help to the nurse take too long to come.

Terrible. I didn’t even want to go to this hospital but somehow I ended up there. The staff was not at all friendly, actually, condescending would be a good word to describe them. And I know it’s not a vacation spot but the food was awful! It could be comparable to the food you get in jail! In the two days I was there I only ever saw one doctor and for about 30 seconds. I only saw the nursing staff when they checked my blood sugar 3 times a day. The whole experience was just ridiculous. I wanted to go to St Jude but ended up at Foothill Rehional. St Jude is a far better hospital.

I want to leave this review for the amazing care I received here, I would have given 20 stars if I could. I just recently stayed in this hospital, I was very impressed with the quality of care I was given from admissions to the surgery department to the post op to the medical surgical department to discharge. Every single staff member was very caring, knowledgeable and you could tell, loved what they do. My experience here was nothing less than Superb. The hospital is very clean, which is important to me, as well. I would definitely choose this hospital again, if I needed to. Thank you to all their staff, they were all amazing and thank you for going over and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. You all are the best! I would absolutely, recommend you to my family and friends. Thank youThank you Thank you!

Nurses were great and they answered my call light within five minutes from pressing the button. I had no pain from surgery and my nurses made sure I was comfortable throughout the days.

I would give zero stars if I could. This was the worst hospital experience I have ever had. I ended up in the ICU due to a problem with the anesthesia after surgery. The ICU nurses station was noisy with nurses yelling at each other in the middle of the night. Another patient was also yelling and moaning most of the day. No rest there. I was moved to the main floor the next day, where they tried to put me in a room with another yeller. When I refused, I was put in a room with a different patient who was undergoing dialysis in the room, tubes running all over the floor. Calling for assistance to go to the restroom because I had IV lines and having no one show up within 15 minutes, meant I had to unplug the IV machine from the wall to get to the restroom before I had an accident. One time, I didn't make it. They blew 2 veins trying to get an IV in prior to surgery. Once they got one in, that one was good for a day before it was leaking, causing my left hand to swell to twice its size.
These are just a few incidents that happened during my 2 day stay. I had to call my surgeon and tell him to get me out of there and that I could do better at home, which brings me to the discharge instructions- no instructions on wound care were provided and half seemed to be missing. The only plus is that most of the staff were nice when they interacted with you.

Surgical team great; day nursing very friendly, helpful, kind; PT very nice & helpful; nice facility. My overall experience very positive.
