I was skeptical because of other reviews. But I decided to take a chance because some reviews were good. I took my 2 dogs here and stopped by halfway through the grooming because I had a bad feeling. I stood in the lobby and watched for a good 10 mins before they noticed me, they were being extremely rough and did not treat the dogs well at all. So I got my dogs and left and later noticed one of my dogs had a big cut on the bottom of her neck. Please do not take your dogs here, pay more for better groomers.
