15Great experience working the Ford of DTLA! Miguel, Gustavo, Hector and team were easy to work with and made the process efficient - it took less than 24 hrs from our initial call to receiving the car (home delivery out of area).
As a Texas girl I was shopping for a great deal for a truck. I found these guys on the internet and inquired about a tremor they had on the lot. They were fast and very responsive. I absolutely loved communicating with them and they really did put together a great deal. Richardo and Luis were awesome guys. I highly recommend them.
I recently purchased a used Car from this dealership.
While everything was good up until the sale, their communication and support after the sale has not been good and i find that disappointing.
They made promises about giving an external touchup and set up TheftPatrol for my vehicle. It's been 2 weeks and no action has been taken. After calling them a couple of times, they said it'll be taken care of but here I am writing this review.
While the sales people have been unprofessional in their conduct, the service department on the contrary was really helpful.
The sales team failed to inform the service department about fixing some issues with my purchased vehicle, but the Service team was kind enough to help me out and fix the usb ports and resolve a carplay issue. I'm grateful to them for helping me out.
About the sales team who are now not answering my calls, I can only hope you treat customers in a more professional manner and a heads up to any future customers planning to visit this dealership, based on my experience they're going to be at their best behavior only until the sale is made so be careful.:)
We had a great experience with Hector at Ford Downtown LA! We did the deal over the phone. Then we got COVID and couldn’t pick it up and sign for it. Hector drove over an hour to deliver it and sign paperwork. We love our new Bronco Sport!
By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealer. The staff was great and they got us into the car we wanted with a great price. Highly recommend Ford of DTLA!

I recently took my Fusion in for scheduled maintenance and was beyond impressed with the 5-star service I received! The Service Advisor, Obdulio, answered all my questions and the tech, Felix, made sure my car was checked out from bumper to bumper. No detail was missed - he even made sure my license plate was properly secured! There was no pressure for additional service/repair recommendations. I finally found a dealership we could call "home". BEWARE! Horrible Service Department Advisors and leadership by the Service Department Manager. They are dishonest and we're caught twice!
May 2022 - The Service Advisor gives me a $180+ quote by mistake for a fully synthetic oil change as he is unaware of how many quarts my truck takes. Even though he had my VIN, Year, and Model number he tried to charge me for 8 quarts of oil instead of 6. Once corrected he lowered the price and said he was doing me a favor and to write him a positive review. This is unprofessional.
July 2022 - I decided to give them a second chance and left my truck their for a diagnosis. Service department promised to give me an update within 1.5 days.
3 days later I still had no update from them on the diagnosis and when I called they stated my truck was "IN THE AIR" being diagnosed. I waited two hours then walked by the Service Department and saw my truck parked in the same spot it had been parked for multiple days. When I told the Service Advisors they lied to me as I have a GPS tracker on my truck and pictures from the previous days of it being parked in the same spot, they stated that "THEY HAD BEEN CAUGHT" and apologized as they had not even diagnosed my truck yet. I spoke with the Service Manager about the situation as he gave me the keys for my truck and he offered a free diagnosis but their is no way I'm letting them touch my truck again!

Very Eager to get you in and get you a test drive. The internet salespeople are able to negotiate prices and to my surprise when i walked in they honored their offer. This felt very different from the normal Bait n Switch I've experienced car shopping in 2022. Then comes the Car Price Negotiation. This is where doing your HW can payoff. Remember Negotiate Negotiate Negotiate.
Dealership was also able to match my credit unions APR for the car loan so never be afraid to ask. There are many fabulous protection and warranty coverages and they do a great job explaining the use cases of each. Highly recommend atleast listening and choose what feels right to you but never feel pressured.
Overall 5/5 stars compared to several other dealerships.

I was thrilled to know that Ford was opening a dealership near me to make servicing the vehicle convenient. That service was good. Unfortunately, I had to take care of some other business so I called them. I asked them if there was a transfer/paperwork fee and was told I have to come in. So I go in and talk to the two Finance folks and after being made to feel like a criminal, I need to see your car, your license, the one finance rep comes back and says it is a $599 paperwork fee. Again, I asked this question on the phone and knowing that number, I would have ended the conversation there. I asked how long it takes. 30 minutes was the response. So in a sense you are making $1200 an hour. As a finance guy, he didn't understand the math of multiplying 30 minutes by 2 to get 60 minutes or 1 hours and then taking the cost multiplying it by 2. $50 I do it there. $600 not happening, nor will any more serving of the vehicle be done there. All could have been done by answering one question over the phone.
Very positive experience. Made the deal long distance from Napa they took pictures and a video for me and I couldn't be happier.
Junior answered all my questions & the service time was super fast. Usually I wait for up to 5 hours to get an oil change at other dealers. Glad I changed to downtown ford. Amazing staff. Thank you
Unbelievable customer service from Paulo from finance and Ricardo sales! Came hoping to get car but unsure i was going to get approved because of my credit but they worked with me and made it possible!
Ricardo helped me get a great vehicle I didn't think I would be able to leave with a car because of my credit and he did what was in his power to help me take a car home that same day. Amazing customer service
We recently purchased a car with them, the finance manager was very helpful and made it possible to finance the vehicle. The sales representative was also very helpful and courteous. Overall we had a great experience with this dealership. Would definitely recommend them and also will definitely be coming back in the near future.
