Foreign Currency Exchange Van Nuys - LAcurrency

The first time I went here I wanted to exchange change. They don't do change and nobody does. The second time I asked them before I went if they exchanged they money that I had. They said yes. Went there waited in line because there was only one person working the counter only to find out they do not exchange the money I had. So if you are going there find out first if they take what you have in full description, country, year, any details you can give them so you don't waste a trip. The girl at the counter was kinda snotty but professionally snotty so I guess it's ok. She wasn't personally snotty I think it's just her manner.
I appreciate your response to my review. My review is to help consumers as well as you operate more efficiently. I did not specify what country the currency was from because I did not know that was a factor. You could have asked me from which country knowing that there are some countries you do not exchange. My review is fair and true your response was not.

Fast and simple, exchanged Japanese Yen and Korean Won to USD at the same time and got really great rates. The location is a bit crowded though so parking is cramped.

I called 10 different places to see who would give the best foreign currency rate and they were the best by far. For the British pounds I had I was quoted anywhere from $4871 to $5457 usd so I'm so happy I called this place as it saved me several hundred dollars. Plus they were nice and professional to boot.

Person that was helping me had a horrible attitude and did not explain the information very well.
