Forever 21, Los Angeles CA

This is a nice little Forever 21; it is a junior anchor size. They have a few different Forever 21 concepts, including Men's.
The store was clean and there were a handful of employees around to help. My only complaint is the fitting room; the lighting is absolutely horrible. Despite that, this is a nice Forever 21.

Very busy. Too young for a 48 year old. Definitely do not feel Forever 21 there. Great for the younger, hip crowd!

Lots of selections but not the best quality. Better off going to Fashion Q or similar competitors which is same quality but better prices.

The manager here is very rude. She decided she did not want to do a return. I had the receipt and the tags and when I tried on an item (at home) because they don't allow you to try on things due to COVID, the tag must've ripped. However it was still in the bag. Now, tags come off all the time when things are tried on in the store but this lady gave me a big issue, and even started yelling at me in the store. I will never shop here again because of how she was towards me. She should not be the manager because she has no good customer service. She threw the receipt back at me. I did not get her name, but the manager who was here on 10/29 at 3: 00 pm. She was short, bigger build. Most disrespect I've ever experienced in my lifetime (especially from a manager).

Very organized store. They had good prices for Black Friday (a thirty percent off on the entire store).

Was in there trying to get daughter some school clothes. Seems like the 4ever 21 part means the clothes haven't changed styles since the owner was 21. Probably 1939. No modern clothing. Nothing sized right. High priced.

Okay so the service here is really slow. There’s hardly ever a line but you will be in line waiting for assistance for a while because there’s only one cashier and they take their time. I prefer Topanga location over this one.

So forever 21 is closing its doors. Man they've been around since I was a teenager and even though I stopped shopping here a long time ago not because I didn't like their clothes I just felt that as I got older a lot of their clothes no longer suited me but that's me. Now my 15 and 13 year old daughters like shopping here, sad to see them go but they are having some really great sales to get rid of their inventory which is probably really good news to all the younger ladies that usually shop at forever 21

This store is located on the first floor outside of Sears in the Northridge Mall. It is very well stocked and organized. The staff is friendly here. Go check it out.

They still sell products with cat fur and dog furwhen you look at something with fur dig down to the base of the hair and if it looks like leather and smells like leather it is not fake fur. I won't shop there for clothing.

You guys are the best in all categories, customer service, my.name is jose and i was looking for a white shirt for the weekend, so i asked a guy hes name was Julio he was with me helping me choose the right one, and he was giving me options, he was tge best i really apreciate such a wondwrful cuatomer swrcice you guys have

OMG I use to discourage my daughter from shopping there, due to their return policy. They made the change, way to go "Forever 21"; Bravo!

I really like forever 21 clothes are really cute and my daughter shops there almost every week. Also I don’t really like it that much because it doesn’t have the kids section for my 10-year-old daughter the forever 21 in Glendale has a big variety of clothes Of a kid section and really cute clothes I think Northridge one should really make a kid section please this is a bad review

The only reason I put it down for three stars was because they discontinued a flower black kimono and red beanie that were available just a few years ago. There is huge demand for it to return but for some reason it hasn't!

They have good collection of clothes for ladies. They only have very less collection of clothes for gents

It's always crowded and the music is painfully loud. Merchandise seems to be all unorganized and overloaded onto the racks. Very hard to find things because the racks are so stuffed.

Great stuff. This time I thought I was in the wrong store, maybe Forever 71? Their clothes seem to attack everyone. And they even have plus sizes. And the sales are great on top on their great prices.
