I went in there and purchased something and the african American manager said it’s final sale and I said okay, let me make sure it’s correct size. She told me I can’t do that at in a middle of a transaction! And I said huh? I’m spending my money how are you going to tell me I can’t get correct size! She was so rude and did not care! I told her i want my money back then and she said I can’t give it to you and I said im still at cashier window with you and if you’re being rude I can just say never mind. I asked for manager and she said I am the manager? With that attitude? The nerve to switch up and make it seem like i was being rude! These managers have big ego and they are the ones who put customers in bad moods! She lied and pretended their was no one above her and found out there was! I said I was gonna call corporate and that’s when she had no choice but to call the other manager out! Be careful and don’t let these managers disrespect you because you’re giving them money! She is light skin with glasses! I don’t know her name because she would not give it to me

I feel really upset by the fact that they don’t have many plus size clothing, I’m truly upset I found a T shirt and they swapped my sizes
