Geraldine the manager at this store is super rude. I was trying to return my item with the receipt & the tag attached and she would not let me think return it because it wasn’t tagged the original way. The policy only ask for the tag and original receipt. A fairer skin lady right next to me was able to return it with a few giggles and laughs and they didn’t question her items at all. But Geraldine thoroughly checked my items as if I was automatically lying. I’m not usually the one to pull the race card but this was bluntly in my face.

Perfect. Workers are very pleasant, prices are good, especially with sale there are unbelievable prices on good clothes shoes and bags.

Waited in line for 40 minutes to purchase 2 tshirts. Only 2 people at registers. 1 was helping with a return (how long does it take to process a return? !) The other was going on and on with her customer about which $10 eyelash holds up better. I mean really? ! Only thing that actually made me feel better was that the two t shirts rung up on sale.

Reasonably priced clothing. There is a large selection of items fit for any style. I would like to see more formal wear, though

If I could give no stars I would. The worst customer service and attitude from staff. Burbank location is much better.

Very unprofessional. Not organized at all. Employees give attitude as well as the managers. Very messy. Definitely need to call corporation. They need to clean up their act and mess at the store.

Went in to get a swimsuit, because a friend had just gotten one from there. They said, in a snotty tone, that they didn't have any, like they hadn't had any in months. I replied my friend had just picked one up the day before, to which the girl replied "well, that was then". Was my first time in the store. Would not go back if you paid me to.

Very nasty customer service and over charges you on clearance buy one get one free clearance items. I will be reporting and complaining about several individuals. Little snickers and attitudes. Women really have some nerve with their cheap jobs.

Why is it that every single time I come here, I can never find anything? For some reason, the stock that they have here makes it hard for me to find stuff that suits me.anyone else have this problem?
