Forli Restaurant & Bar, Alamo CA

Long ago, in a town far, far away, a loving but forgetful husband realized he'd forgotten to make dinner reservations for Valentine's Day. Searching the phone book, he came across Ristorante Forli, a 10 minute drive from home. He called and they graciously accommodated his last minute request for a table. He and his wife were treated to the best Italian dinners imaginable. Forli became their favorite restaurant and even after moving to Arizona, the wife always made it a point to dine at Forli whenever she returned to the East Bay for any reason.

Great wine and mixed drinks, my fav is Lemon drop martini prepared by hostess Favia. This place is the Italian "GEM" of Alamo

Great place to have an authentic Italian meal in the Walnut Creek and Alamo area of Northern California with the best service.

I was here for a family birthday with a party of 33. We enjoyed the use of their party room. They had excellent service. I had the veal marsala as the main. The fried calamari. All the food was cooked right and tasted delicious. I recommend this restaurant.

We put a group together on a Friday night, enjoying drinks & appetizers while listening and dancing to a live band. (no cover charge!)

I found their Spicy Jalapeño Margarita to be a very unique and tasty cocktail, as did the others at the table who tried it.

The food and service were great. We were the only customers at the bar for about an hour then in another couple came in and sat at restaurant area. I've never experienced that. They open at 4pm, we got there then. On line days happy hour 3-6 but they're not open till 4 pm. Will be correcting that error. We've been here before with many more people there enjoying the food and atmosphere. The bar tender said with spring break people are gone.
